Been to panda express before first time at this one and they give you very little food and only one hot sauce packet and the line was so long and only one casher so by the time u get your food its cold worst panda express it suck due to the fact its down the street from my house wish it was much better

I’ve been here a couple of times and let me tell u the quality isn’t that good compared to other panda expresses. They always give u small amounts and also the food quality isn’t the best. Last time I went the chow mein had a clump of noodles that weren’t cooked properly. I’m not coming to this panda express again.

I came to you find out what a 2.5 star Panda Express restaurant with like. My bad. It wasn’t even a dare, just plain stupidity. I was suspicious of the ratings so I ordered something very simple. 1 item bowl: Green bean chicken with chow mein. [Have you been to a mom and pop Chinese take out? They give you a mountain of food for about 5 or 6 bucks] What I got was a $ 7, kid size bowl that was barely ¾ filled and I didn’t order a twig in my food. Do they wash their ingredients? Does the prep cook even care? I take food service very serious. It’s a huge responsibility to feed people. If you get them sick, it can cost people a work day or two. Did they charge me extra for the twig? How is this tiny bowl of barely ¾ filled bowl of Chinese food $ 7? It doesn’t cost much to make Chinese food. Panda is gauging. Imagine what you’re eating every time you come to this restaurant, how much attention they are paying to the food entering your body. I told the crew leader, the lady in all black offered me a side of the same dish. I didn’t pay $ 7 for a tiny bowl of barely ¾ filled bowl of Chinese food with a twig in it. If they had done everything normal they can start with a 2.5 — 3 starts. For the value and quantity, minus 1 star. For the twig and lack of attention, minus 1 star. At this point, if they started with 2.5 stars, that would leave them with half a star. Unilocal won’t let me give out half a star so I’ll give this place 1 star and call it generous.

Ordered online. It was ready when I got there, but make sure you check the bag before you leave if you get an order to go. They didn’t give me forks, napkins or sauce for my eggroll. They didn’t offer any sauces at all, actually and I had to ask for soy and hot mustard. Didn’t think I’d have to ask for the standard eggroll sauce. This food isn’t great to start with, so any mistakes at all make it worthless.

Food is great but hire more people! It’s obvious that the place suffers because they don’t have enough workers! The customer service was nevertheless great, just wish they could be way faster… some people at our table finished before we even got our food!(but again, due to lack of employees). EDIT: Found a HUGE hair in food. Ruined the meal FORSURE.

I honestly don’t know what happened. We normally always come to this location and always go problem free when eating here. Today our chicken was a little burned. My dad has worked in the food industry and knows how bad it sucks when someone tries to return their food. He put it to the side and continued to eat. However once we got home not only did he show symptoms of food poisoning but so did my mom, brother, and even myself. I don’t know if we ate under cooked chicken or if our food may have just been old but it will be awhile before we step foot at this Panda Express location.

This would be my last time coming here. There is this guy that plays around to the point he grabbed one of the cooks(with the ponytail) butt. Let me mention I had my 10 year old son with me. My son said that wasn’t right and I agree! I can’t say his name for the fact he isn’t wearing a name tag. But he was grilling the chicken. Hope you guys fix this.

The food is alright, but it is so expensive! They only give you like a little bit of food. I remember when Panda Express first came on the scene and it used to be good chinese food at the mall, not too expensive either. Now it’s like this huge ass corporation that pumps out mediocre chinese food to the drones of the world and they don’t really care about quality, so long as they get you in for $ 15 per person. Thanks but, no thanks. Not coming back, ever.

This will be the last time I come here! Asian lady has major attitude!!! I asked for the fresh veggies as an entrée and they served it to me but then a minute later dumped the whole rest of the batch in the trash in front of me!!! I enjoy panda express. I think they have a good menu nd good choices. With that being said i think that they can be a little more generous with their servings. I guess it depends on the person. Sometimes they fill my bowl nd have to squeeze it to close, more often than not though they leave quite a bit of space.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had such horrible food and awful customer service. The location in North Fontana is so much better. The food was old and tasted like it had been prepared hours earlier. This store better get their act together or they can expect a visit from the Health Department.

Good customer service and friendly staff. The place is always clean and food is consistently fresh and is a consistent stop for me when I am in the area. Beijing beef or orange chicken are favorites and I like that you can vegetables instead of noodles or rice. Place gets packed with local business employees and hospital staff – so avoid main lunch hour if you can. Located near county hospital, shopping center and other food and coffee franchises it is also convenient to Omnitrans 22… and Metrolink is just up Riverside Ave.

I think out of any Panda Express I have ever been to this had to have the absolute worst customer service! My husband & I went on a Sunday night for dinner to take home. It was not that busy but not dead. The girl that helped us seemed like she had to be somewhere in the next minute and rushed us as we were ordering our food. We didn’t even get to order our 3rd order before she scooted us down to the«next section». We didn’t have any better luck with the next girl either. She must have been going with the other girl somewhere since she was just as much in a hurry as the first girl. My husband ordered a three item combo. However, his second item ended up in my box with my order. When I pointed out that the entrée was his food order, not mine I was told«he could eat it out of my box since we were going to the same place!» WOW!!! So needless to say they didn’t fix it, they just continued on… Finally I explained I still had another bowl to order and the girls response was«oh, you will need to get back in line then» Really? I tried ordering it to begin with but I was rushed away without getting the chance I explained I simply wanted a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken… she finally just got it for us after many eye rolls, sighs, and hesitation. The only reason they got the 1 star is simply because I had to… plus the girl at the cash register was the only redeeming employee. She was the only kind one that we dealt with the whole visit. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to this Panda Express again!
