Disgusting pizza for «one large» it can take about an hr!!! And since the new owner this place is so disgusting! Never coming back here again and sad I was a regular like once a week now never again! Ur better off going to little caesars

I got my order delivered… Took 47 minutes just for a simple crispy chicken salad. And since there’s a 10 $ minimum delivery fee I also ordered the 5 piece wings but it was $ 9.70 n made me order the 10 pieces instead of just giving them a free $ they made me buy more and it was nasty!

Sweet and to the Point. Cheap take out pizza, with fresh toppings. Can’t beat that!

I actually thought the pizza and bacon breadsticks were pretty good, but the customer service is awful! We ordered 2 sets of 5 hot wings and the delivery guy only gave us 1 set. We tried to catch him before he left, but he sped off. So I immediately called the restaurant to let them know we were short 1 set of wings. The guy that answered the phone did nothing but argue with me, he asked if the driver gave us a receipt, which he didn’t, so he told me that his receipt only showed 1 set of wings. I told him I was looking at my online receipt and it showed 2 sets of wings. He continued to tell me that it only showed 1 set on his end but he would deliver another set to our house AND show us his receipt. I told him that I did not care to see his receipt because I had the email. Now fast forward Another 45 mins and the same guy calls my phone again to tell me that the wings were on their way, but continued to say his receipt shows 1 set. My husband told him well we can show you our IPAD receipt to reflect the 2 sets we paid for. Now we are still waiting for the other set of wings and I don’t even want them, I just want a refund and a coupon for us to be comped for the rude and horrible service!

I love this place! their pizza is so good. I would recommend their $ 10 carry out deal, it’s great. It includes an extra large pizza and your choice of a 2 liter soda.

Well I placed an order online. I been waiting longer then normal so I called and the. She telling she has no order for me. Not a happy girl. I am hungry. I get my Order an hour later an they forget something. Then I call and they say they will send it back out never got it. This is the worst experience I had from them today. Manager only work 10 — 3 that’s insane. Ugh pissed off., and angry …

I work at a pizza joint and I’ve tried about every other pizza joint in the city. There are other sit down places, but when it comes to a delivery/​carry-​out pizza place, Pizza Guys really holds their own.
They are constantly having new specials at VERY reasonable prices. I eat here a few times a month, never seen anything bad or unsanitary as they were working, never was unsatisfied by the food, and it never broke my wallet.
