I would’ve given them a 5 star rating tonight, but, today’s customer service was very disappointing. When I called in my order of chicken parmisan and a small vegetarian pizza I was told it would take 20 minutes. When I showed up to pick up my order, it was not ready. After just short of an hour from calling in, my order was brought to me. No apology, no discount no acknowledgement of the order being delayed. The food is good, but not that good to, to have this be acceptable.

The spaghetti is gross the meat sauce has hardly any meat in it. The flavor is mild to bland. The meat balls are store bought not hand made and extremely bland(aka no flavor at all) I have had better store bought meat balls from Costco. In other words Denny’s has better spaghetti then this place. I will never come back here. Warning stay away if your going to eat or want pasta and the lasagna was said to be made fresh but frozen and cooked when ordered in my opinion it should be put in the fridge and then served hot when customers order it not frozen because they can say made daily but frozen can be made weekly I came for fresh food if I wanted cheap food I would have bought store bought meat balls and spaghetti and store bought frozen lasagna. In response to your my post from brothers pizza THISISHOWCOSTUMERSFEEL. I asked your waitress when was the lasagna made she said it’s made daily I asked if it was ever frozen she said yes it is frozen until you order it. Your sauce taste like prego store bought your meat balls bland and taste like it was from the frozen bag your OWN Opinion does not matter in order for your doors to stay open it is my opinion that matters because my money keeps the doors open and as for my money I’m talking about consumers money not your own money. So with that being said if you want real Italian here are helpful places to have the best Chicago pizza in Marino Valley on Sunnymead Boulevard, Buco de deppo, macaroni grill, Woody’s Wharf in Newport Beach this place has all you can eat spaghetti for 10 $ and one thing about all these places it is 100% homemade and does not taste like it was store-bought. Stay away from place like this the owners comment shows how he does not listen to there customers or even care what anyone thinks

Best Ma & Pa pizza/Italian restaurant in the IE! Just to sum it up in a quick review: everything here is bomb! My husband loves the meat lovers pizza. I personal love the buffalo pizza & chicken Alfredo pasta. My family loves the spaghetti with meatballs & the lasagna. Their bread rolls & butter are to die for! Honestly a simple, affordable restaurant ideal for a date night with your bf/gf, friends or family.

On New Year’s Eve we decided to have dinner at Brother’s Pizza in Rialto, California. This was our first time eating at this restaurant. It is a very quaint place and surprisingly not crowded. We were able to pick where we wanted to sit and our waitress was very nice. For an appetizer we ordered a pesto salad and their homemade bread. We ordered a small pesto salad but when we received it it was huge. So their portion sizes are very big which was great. Their homemade bread was bigger than my fist and it was warm and it came with their own special type of garlic butter. We ordered chicken alfredo, which came with a salad and homemade bread, a large double pepperoni pizza, and a small calzone with 3 toppings on the inside. The calzone was a small calzone but it looked like an extra large calzone and my daughter absolutely loved it. My chicken alfredo was very good; I did have to add salt to it but I like my food a little more seasoned. It was amazing it was so big I had enough for breakfast the next morning. The double pepperoni pizza was amazing I would definitely go back for pizza and chicken alfredo. With all of the food we ordered and three drinks, our order came up to about $ 53 which was pretty good. I recommend Brother’s Pizza in Rialto, California to anyone who is looking for good food.

I had been here since I moved to Rialto twenty years ago, the family stopped going there a while back, just went today, and was reminded why I stopped going. You order thru the phone and the owner lady doesn’t listen. They over price their pizza! They charge $ 22 for two large and two toppings each, which they only put one topping on each slice. Sad to say this place ain’t the same and never again wastin my money on indep businesses again.

First of all the food is just okay nothing special! The customer service is horrible, I guess depending on who you get it. They get 2 stars only for cleanliness of restaurant. They’ve been here for Years this is first time here.

Charming place to eat, Italian music playing, tables clean, dim lighting, fresh ambiance and great service. Their blue cheese is the best, thick and creamy, and all of the ingredients are FRESH. I can tell they use high quality mozzarella. Favorite toppings are mushroom and grilled onions :)

Great service! Amazing food! Great music! The server with the bettie bangs(didn’t catch her name) was a total sweetheart, she is very attentive to her tables. Always have a great experience here.

First time here and reading the rave reviews I was expecting a lot better. Honestly, I didn’t like my dinner here. I ordered their lasagna special which consist of a lunch size lasagna plate, soup or salad and bread. The bread came out cold and hard like it has been out for a while already. Since I visited this place on labor day maybe it’s the reason why the bread was cold. I opted for the salad which was nothing special just a salad with dressing, a couple of slices of pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. My lasagna came out It was mostly sauce and ricotta cheese. Actual lasagna noodles were minimal. When I arrived it was empty, before I left it got busy but I had to get up and pay at the counter since they wouldn’t bring my final bill. Once again I came here on labor day so I’ll give this place another try. So far not impressed, maybe I’m spoiled with Alfredos a couple of miles east. I heard this is a pizza place so I’ll try a pie next time.

We have been coming here for a few years now, and it has always been a treat! You wouldn’t know from the outside that this crummy run-down looking place had some of the best pizza in the IE, top 10 for sure! When you come in, its not upscale or anything, especially with those corny-ass table«cloths» and the vending machines and stuffed animal claw. But the vending machines work to my advantage as a means of bribing my kids to behave and eat. The music, whether its Opera or Jazz, always has a soothing effect. I’ve had their Pizza many times. The Supreme, plain pepperoni, pep & sausage, it all good. GOBS of cheese, and lots of quality. My tip for you: CHECKTHESPECIALSBEFOREYOUORDER! They usually have a special that fits, so try to use one, it significantly reduces the price. My Wife failed to do this once, and we paid almost $ 15MORE on almost the same order, than if we had asked about the specials or looked at the ones posted. Today we went in for lunch, and the kids got the lunch combo with the French Bread Pizzas for $ 6. For that you get two mini-French Bread Pizzas(one is a perfect size for a kid), a salad(which I ate, not bad), and a soda. We got two waters in lieu of a soda, my kids don’t like soda. Wifey and I got a Large Pep & Sausage for only $ 12 on the lunch special. Our friendly waitress pointed out the special because we didn’t heed our own advice and check the specials. We were about to pay $ 8 more for a three-topping. Duh. The Iced Tea wasn’t that great, needed to add sugar(which I almost never do) to drink it. Wifeys Pink Lemonade was tap. The staff was nice, and the bathrooms were clean enough even though they had that 1930’s Insane Asylum feel. Maybe it was just the lighting and the old school urinal that was four-feet up the wall. They should put a step-stool next to it. I have gotten take-out here before, and it does seem to take longer that eating in. Just order it sooner, problem solved. Parking can be a bit of a challenge on weekends, but weve always managed. I like that you can walk through the back-door and damn near through the kitchen to enter this place. Try this place. I would venture to say it is the best Pizza in Rialto.

I love this place. It’s a great place to get pizza and the lasagna is really good too. The restaurant itself has an odd layout, but the food is always on point.

My boyfriend and I have been here several times before but lately the customer service has been horrible. We enjoy the food so we return and make an exception for their customer service, we just call it in as take out :) So last night I ordered food, they said it’ll take 20 min. So I decided to give them an extra 10 min. We went in and out order was completely wrong(even though she confirmed it correctly over the phone) we had to wait an additional 20 min. With no apologies, just very blah«we don’t care«attitude. Several other people there in the same predicament. Worst of all I got food poisoning. Never going back for sure! My tip to them would be: start caring about your customers again and get organized! Oh and say sorry when you make a mistake

Hands down, the best pizza in Rialto, if not the I.E. The toppings are always generous and fresh. The secret to their pizza, in my opinion, is the bread. It’s not too doughy, not too crispy, it’s always just right. This pizza can be had hot out of the oven, or even cold, it’s THAT good. My friend moved to Japan and misses this place so much, that I brought him some Brother’s Pizza, FROZEN on my recent trip back to Japan. I left it in my bag, hoping it wouldn’t thaw after the 12 hour plane flight. When I removed it from my bag, it was still cold, but thawed out. Just like cold pizza from the fridge. My friend ate it just as it was… and it was still good! Another thing that is great about Brothers is the lunch specials(which you can also get for dinner) for two. You can get two Spaghetti Plates or Lasagna, salad, and fresh bread for $ 16 — that’s a great value for $ 8 per person. The salad is always fresh, and their fresh bread with garlic butter out of the oven delicious. Brother’s Pizza is the great mom and pop Pizza shop that every small town has, I just happen to believe this one is the best!
