I come from hyde park instead of getting it there
A really nice family that is part of the community and they work really hard

I judge all other Chinese food places against this one
The place is extremely clean and you can see into the kitchen well

Got the lunch special shrimp with broccoli good but tasteless vegtables were crisp and different than most but no flavor. The other dish was pepper steak very little meat small portion. Love Chinese but this was a great disappointment and both still hungry could have at least added alittle more rice. Next time will travel farther and get a better lunch.

Although I tend not to go into many Chinese restaurants, I had exhausted the list of other foods, and decided to give this place a «second» try. I know that sounds strange, but when i tried this place the first time, not only did i not know of Unilocal,but i also didn’t have many words to describe the place back then. However, today was a different scoop.
I didn’t mind the taste of the food, but when they spiced my beef with snow pea dish with soy sauce (they didn’t know this but I have a medical condition where I have stomach problems from soybean oils), I really didn’t like the feeling of having stomach problems tonight.
The other dishes for the others who came with me, were okay.
There weren’t many other customers, the only other people who showed up, were takeout orders only (during 5:30 pm rush weekend traffic).
The only other problem I had that’s been keeping me from going in more often are their prices. They are outrageous compared to comparative businesses nearby.
There is some parking however, but its only available if you know where the buildings doors are.
Tiny bathroom and a bathroom that has a slightly rusty seat, did not please me.
Maybe if they changed their image and improved their restaurant with prices, maybe people would come more often and buy, but with all the stuff, ill have to look for other choices.
Not many tables, and the tables they did have, were kind of tiny.
And before i leave this review, at one point I even saw a boy in there answering phones. He looked no older than 13 years old.

It gets the job done. Nothing special here, but the only game in town. The typical big menu with different variations. A lot of choices for the vegetarians in the group including tofu dishes — but no mock duck dishes. And no delivery. :(

It’s kind of in a weird place (a strange business complex), but it’s worth the stop. Surprisingly clean considering it doesn’t look like much on the outside. The food was made quickly-​I think I only had to wait 10 minutes. Decent Chinese food-​the veggie rice was excellent! I also ordered some steamed dumplings, which were ok too. I would definitely come back here again!

Average at best. The food is run of the mill Chinese takeaway. the General Tso’s Chicken is not as good as some other Chinese takeaways that i have tried. The Chicken and Brocoill is ok and the overall quality isnt that good, Another problem is that they do not deliever either making the four mile journey to the northern outskirts of Rhinebeck from Rhinecliff tedious.
