Dunkin’ Donuts

After having a terrible experience at the Dunks on Broadway we ended up stopping at this location to grab a hot chocolate. This particular stop doesn’t have a drive-​thru, but the staff is quick and the products they put out are perfectly made. We will make this one of our go-​to locations in the area since they actually do it right unlike some of the others in the area.

coffee over there is really strong for whatever reason the service is fast except at 5 AM There is a line and only one person at the register and making the coffee at the same time with a line of people going outside the door very bad because people have to go to work

If you think this place can’t get any worse then here’s a shocker… it does!
I came here for a iced coffee. 2 dollars and change and had 19.50 $ left on a DD gift card so after the transaction, I should have about high 16/​low 17 $ left. Didn’t think much of it. Don’t normally check the receipts because who really does on a gift card right?
Went to another location today, a few days after coming here. Ordered another iced coffee only to find out the balance is 0. Are you kidding me?!? I know for a fact it should have at a minimum 16 $ left! Called the number on the back and sure enough it’s zero balance. I can’t say for sure that this place was the one who stole my money or if it’s the card’s own fuck up but I will not come here again nor will I ever buy another gift card from Dunkin Donuts
