They have the worse manager ever. I don’t even know how Starbucks allows her to work there. I stopped going to Starbucks completely cause I don’t support a company who hires idiots and is racist towards her employees. Even the person above her sucks and that’s why he has her there. I used to be in love with Starbucks and spent thousands of dollars there. But I will never go there again because of the horrible treatment she gives to her employees. She fired and transferred practically 90% of the staff, and the other 10% quit. And she only promotes people who kiss up and have no clue what’s going on. But people who deserve to be promoted are not cause again she’s racist. I feel bad when God judges her. Because she ruins people lives and fire them for no reason and their life is screwed because Starbucks is stupid to hire a her in the first place.

Slowest drive thru ever. Minimum 20min wait. Not only that but they run out of supplies all the time and drinks have more ice than anything. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

One of the worse places to go get ur Starbucks coffee I been here couple of times and all of the times they messed up my orders and they don’t know how to make the coffee so now it’s about time for me to post a bad comment and let other customers understand and know that don’t come here if you really want ur coffee go to a different Starbucks location. Anyways came in at the drive through I ordered a coffee Frap with soy and light chocolate drizzle and as you can see in my pictures I still got BIGCHUNKS of ice cubes in my drink it was not even blended in right and I did not even taste any coffee in my drink. My drink was all watery and kept on getting dryer every time I start to sip on i. This Starbucks location is real terrible with bad customer service please Starbucks head quarters need to do something about this either fire all the employees that work here and replace them with more knowledgable employees that know how to make coffee for their customers look at the Unilocal reviews and take action! My pictures don’t lie! Anyways 1 star if there was no stars I would give it ZEROSTARS!

Everyday I go buy coffee and they will either get my drink wrong over charge me or I will wait 20 min for my drink. Staff will not apologize for the mistake. Horrible horrible customer service including supervisors. The only reason I go back is because it’s the closest. I wish they would improve there service.

The wife and I have been a regulars as it is fairly close to home for us. Nothing special about this location and parking is a bit hectic. I would only tend to visit this place to get away from my toddler when studying. Been here a couple of times, but most recent visit I requested water and noticed debris inside it. Figured it was a one time thing so I went ahead and requested a second… Again floating fishies in my water and once I looked closer, it seems to me it could be mold coming from their water dispenser. Not too hot on that, so I promptly tossed all my drinks, finished my studying and left. Don’t think I’ll consider visiting again since it seems they may not be thorough with their cleaning.

Only reason i come to this starbucks is convenience. Probably why most starbucks stay in business. But this one… Wow. Order something which seems not so complicated, 3−4x a week, worded all which a ways so that they could better understand what i’m saying, and it never fails… they are not listening EVER and I must repeat myself 3x, slowly, and have them reiterate it back. Sometimes they fail to make it correctly after all that. I say iced, it comes hot. I am not sure what the issue is and why it’s so difficult but if you can’t handle the volume of customers both inside and from drive-thru, then get a new job. It’s only coffee and pay attention when you ask us «what can i get for you today?» Be ready for the answer! I will say, they are friendly and if they make you wait too long they make up for it but i have Never had this experience at any other starbucks, including in countries where i don’t even speak their language!

I study here every morning from 7:30 to 8:30. At that hour parking is a breeze, the line is minimal and there are plenty of seats to choose from. This location does seem pretty busy due to the drive through but if you are in a hurry they take mobile orders so that’s the best route to go if you are in a rush.

I’ve always passed by this Starbucks and had never stopped by because the line for the drive thru is so long, and I’m always in a rush to get to work. Today, it was 7:15am and I forgot my coffee at home, when I approached the block I noticed that there was no line so I drove in. They were pretty quick to get me my drink. But clumsy me, didn’t grab my hot, venti latte correctly and the lid popped off. Thankfully I didn’t burn myself but it did get all over my console and a bit on my leg. The staff immediately gave me some napkins and a wet towel to clean up my car, asked for my drink back and made me a brand new drink with double cups. They even offered a pastry but I was good. Obviously this review is based on one visit, but it definitely left an impression.

WORST drive thru EVER. I posted a photo of the sticker on my cup because I ordered a peppermint mocha, and tho the drunk was correct, this sticker exemplifies the level of incompetence I have experienced at this drive thru REPEATEDLY. I will no longer waste my time coming here because I spend three times longer getting a coffee than I would at any other location… so I’ll be going to other locations.

This is one of the busier Starbucks locations. I wouldn’t even bother coming here before work. I agree, the parking isn’t the best, but I think the drive-thru is the worst. It’s right through the parking area for the urgent care next door. If there are cars parked there and they need to get out, God help them and whoever is waiting in the drive thru line. It’s going to be difficult. I’d recommend going inside(which I rarely do because I’m usually going to drive thrus in my pj’s). Staff is always friendly. My favorite breakfast sandwich is the bacon and gouda. So good! My go-to drink is the iced caramel frappé with soy. Use the Starbucks app to pay and get rewards! It’s totally worth it.

If I could give this place ZEROSTARS I would. It is literally steps away from my work and that is the only reason this place has ever received a dime from me. Given the location convenience, I have had several in-store experiences at this location and not a single one has been positive. Not one. Nonetheless, I return begrudgingly for my caffeine fix and its almost laughably horrible. To give a little context to this, I will say I am a very easy customer as all I ever get is regular coffee and I even bring my own mug. More than once, I have been the only person in line and have had to wait up to 20 minutes. You can stand in line and what seem to be about 8 – 12 employees behind the counter, will all simultaneously — completely ignore you. This place prioritizes arguing amongst each other, attempting to figure out basic duties and slacking off, over costumer service. If you don’t mind being ignored, waiting ridiculously long and hating yourself for going here, it is the place for you.

I’ve been waiting in line for 10 minutes so far and not one barista has attended the register. This location is by far the worst I have ever encounter as far as efficiency and customer service. All I want to get is a cookie to give to my niece and with 6 baristas working, one would think the line would be moving a lot quicker. Glad this isn’t my home location. Won’t be back here again.

I told the kid that was taking my order that he forgot to put mocha drizzle and his response was like«ooh well I can add it to another cup and put your drink inside that cup. » . Um. Really? .:. Smh. Asked for Splenda because of a very strict NO sugar diet and sipping through the straw I sipped in grains of actual SUGAR! If someone asks for a SPECIFIC sweetener and they are incapable of honoring that it is outrageous. They ALSO messed up my husband’s order. First time, LAST time. Diabetics, avoid this Starbucks!!!

With so many locations located throughout the Valley, this wouldn’t be one of my favorite spots to come to. Very limited in parking and drive-thru takes forever. Must have a lot of patience for this location. The parking lot is shared by several other businesses, including a Health clinic. The selection of different sandwiches and different pastries are also a bit smaller on the selection. Not as big as other locations. So your choice is a bit smaller. For the most part the employees are friendly and seem to do a good job in moving the drive –thru line as fast as they can. Must have patience in drive-thru.
