Very poor service Order one pizza and salat ranch and chili peppers for delivery at 11:20pm they said the delivery will take 20 – 30 min and they arrived at 12:40 which is 1 hour and 20 min wait for my food very bad but it’s not done they forgot to bring the ranch and the red peppers and also the pizza was very cold so is end it back and didn’t take the order !! Not recommend at all

Extremely rude staff parking nazis, sign says«dominos parking only» which I understand but there was no other parking in the lot. I parked in front of their store with the intent to get a coffee 1st at another business and then come right back to order from their store but the lady inside chased me away anyway even after I tried to explain I was coming in next to give them my business. Needless to say I left and I will not be returning, fortunately there are several local pizzerias that are much more friendly.

Pizza is a junk food but precise customer care and service could make it better. This store has a junk rated customer service and they do not pay attention to what a customer has ordered. I ordered a pasta with no meat. Specific request was made for no meat and it was asked repeatedly if there was any meat. They said no meat in pasta. When I opened the box and started eating, it was a chicken pasta! I regret trusting their word. I am a vegetarian and I feel violated here. The pizza I had ordered besides pasta was baked so badly and the toppings were not even closer to be called fresh. I had a bad experience and I would never come back to this store.

This branch sucks. Who charges for«premium» toppings? How is feta cheese a «premium» topping or garlic. I’ve gone to other locations and I love dominos, this place is right by my office and I refuse to eat here. Jc famous pizza on Tampa and vanowen is so much better and very comparable on price. I would rather go there then get ripped off by these crooks.

This establishment is so horrible, not only do they not wash there hands before making a pizza after touching money the doors it’s so unsanitary and gross. I have to tell them to please wash your hands wow. The GM Juan is so rude and disrespectful how hard is it to make a pizza seriously, lol it’s not rocket science I ask for thin crust extra sauce and they still manage to mess it up and when I tell them it’s wrong they get so mad. It’s not my fault you can’t manage to make a pizza correctly… I guess this establishment just hired anyone to work there that’s just sad. I hope they can be up to Dominos standards, right now it’s horrible I will not being coming here again. Oh and when you ask to speak to upper management the GM response is call 1−800− dominos lol why because your probably get a lot of complaints

I never write reviews and I love Dominos! However, my pizza and wings were cold and they also smashed my pizza box’s so half of my pizza was on the top of my box and ruined! I just moved over to this location and am now going to have to switch to Pizza Hut! Very disappointed! I recommend going somewhere else unless you want cold cardboard pizza!

I love Dominos Pizza but the Reseda location is terrible! I called 15 minutes prior to closing and I was on hold trying to place an order for 11 minutes before placing my order online. I figured they just weren’t answering the phone because they didn’t want to take any more orders for the night. Despite living right down the street I didn’t receive my order until 27 minutes after the live pizza tracker said it was out for delivery and when it arrived it was uncooked and cold. The pepperoni and olives were raw and the crust had barely any flavoring. Yet, this was prime time compared to the disgusting, RAW cheesy bread we got. Literally, 60% of it was uncooked dough, see pictures. GROSS! Order from another location as this one was extremely disappointing both times I’ve ordered from here.

I went in there to order my pizza the guy was making someone else’s pizza asked me if I was picking up I said no so he came over took my order, I paid in cash and he took my cash and I turned around to see if he was going to wash his hands he did not. He went back stuck his bare hands back into the cheese and made another pizza. I will not be going back please make sure you wash you hands or at least put gloves on after handling cash. Basic sanitation :(

I have had no problem with this or any other Domino’s location. I don’t why people are blaming the website for directing them to another store in their area. If I cross the street I am in Northridge, so it could easily tell me this or that, but gives me Reseda. I and my sister have ordered from there several times, no problem with the delivery or the product. In fact Domino’s product has drastically improved as they have promised.

Worst customer service ever!!! I placed an order on line, I typed in delivery and then my address and it directed me to the Reseda store. After my order was placed, I called the store to make a slight change and we were good to go. About 10 minutes later I get a call from Joey stating they cannot process my order because I wasn’t in their delivery area and I needed to select the Tarzana store. I tried explaining to him that I didn’t select my store that it defaulted to them once I entered my address. Joey proceeded to say he didn’t know what to say, there was no way to deliver to my address(mind you I am about 2 blocks S of Oxnard and Oxnard is the cut off– whatever, that’s fine if I’m out of their delivery area but what made it worse is that when I asked if he could please transfer my order to Tarzana he said he couldn’t because he was way too busy– seriously??? It’s not like it’s a covert operation that takes, time and strategic planning… it’s an order transfer. I ended up calling the Tarzana store because when I tried ordering on line they don’t come up as my delivery option only carry out or pick up. The girl I spoke with was great but was just as confused as to why Reseda didn’t just transfer the order– when I told her it was because they were TOO busy– she seemed as perturbed as I was. I will NEVER order from the Reseda store again– from all the negative reviews it seems like I’m not alone… maybe they should close this location or do some serious retraining. Their service is a joke.

Wow, this store is the crappiest when it comes to customer service. I’ve ordered from them so many times and today they just lost me as a customer FORGOOD. I called to check on my order and it was taking too long and did not receive a call back but it appeared that my updated phone number did not reflect their system. The CSR rep John was a insanely rude who breathed heavily as if me as a client was wasting him time. Immediately, I requested to speak with the manager and I was transferred to «Paul» who was just as rude. He continuously interrupted me every moment I spoke and he even said that«We don’t want your money» Wow What type of uneducated manager would promote that sort of business ethic? I can’t wait to discuss this disgusting type of service from the place I’ve done business with for years. FORGETTHISPLACE!

I was sexually assaulted by one of their delivery men. I called to file a complaint and they assured that it was very serious and that they would take full action. After that they ignored me. The manager swore he would have the supervisor contact me — never did. I had to call cooperate and even they didn’t take action. It sucks because I loved dominos and ordered from them from time to time but this establishment does not care about your well being. I’m not sure if they ever fired the delivery man because I stopped ordering from them of course but they sure as hell Didnt make a big deal out of it.
