Kaiser Permanente Sherman Terrace Offices

I only gave this place 1 star because I couldn’t give them 0 stars…
I have been going to Kaiser for almost all my life because that’s what insurance my family has and I have to say that I am very disappointed in them. For medical and other care I would think they would be more classy and well mannered. All of the doctors that I have had so far have talked down to me, rushed my appointments, made me make unnecessary appointments, etc… It seems to me that when people say all Kaiser wants is money is actually true! The therapists, dieticians, etc… all lie just to make you come back to get more money. They don’t even care about the patients even though they «claim» that they do. I am very dissatisfied with this Kaiser in particular and I am going to switch over to the Kaiser in Sunset and try my luck over there. Good luck to those of you who still go to the Kaiser at Sherman Terrace! :(

Parenting class only.
First, the parking lot entrance is only on Lindley. Kaiser’s snagged the spots closest to the building.
Parenting classes given through Health Education run in 5 week cycles. The first (or last) week is devoted to ADHD; the rest to parenting in general. No, the person you call up at Member Services won’t tell you that, or what week they’re in, and it’s not on the website. Try asking to be referred to the people who run the group.
Or you might end up driving a half-​hour for a class that doesn’t suit you.
