Great place! The staff and Dr. Wong are superb! They were Professional, Courteous and Knowledgeable! My grandsons, 10 and 7 years old, were given the upmost attention by staff and Dr. Wong explained everything very thoroughly. Good people, fun and caring! I highly recommend with 5 stars!

I can see again!!! HAHA Hands down the best place I’ve gone to. I recently went in for an eye exam and trying contacts for the first time… and it has been such a relief. I’ve gone through numerous of clinics and was just getting used to the horrible service I’ve been receiving… thinking that all eye clinics may be like that… but not here!
From the very beginning with the first phone call with Kevin, who spent 15 minutes answering all my annoying questions… he was patient, very knowledgeable, and I never felt the rush to get off the phone. The staff upon check in were warm, welcoming and very helpful during each of my visits.
I was most impressed by Dr. Wong. She took a lot of time to make sure the contacts I had worked for me. (and I had a lot of issues haha) All her time is focused solely on you and there was never a sense of urgency. I appreciated that the most. Highly recommended.

I like the option of taking the photos of my eyes instead of having it dilated. Dr. Doris Wong clearly explained the health condition of my eyes through the photos taken.

I’ve been going to eye doctors for over 4 decades. Dr. Wong may be the best of them. She gave me a thorough eye examination, explained the results in detail and treated me courteously. I never felt like she was in a rush to see the next patient. Furthermore, I felt like I could ask her any questions about my eyes and she would be able to answered.

I highly recommend her and her staff. They had great interpersonal and technical skills.

The best thing that I love about this optical clinic is the one on one service I get from Dr. Wong. She takes care of all the eye check up from start to finish. Unlike other eye doctors, she doesn’t have any assistant that will check your eyes. She does thorough job checking my vision. But the icing on the cake is her wonderful staff which are all opticians. Kevin, Nina, and the newest addition is Donna. How can you get wrong with such a delightful people that take care of my entire family’s eye vision needs. I love this clinic!

I’ve been using Dr. Wong for two years now. She and her staff are efficient, professional and always courteous. If there were any negative aspect that I could point out, it would be the awkward location of her office — however, it is a small price to pay for the service that I’ve received thus far.

I can not possibly recommend this eye clinic enough. The office manager who took my call and scheduled my appointment was not only professional, knowledgeable and courteous, she spent more time then I would expect her to have and went well above and beyond to help me out. The Dr was great and even the person who assisted me in selecting hardware went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. Such awesome customer service and great care!!!

Based on my earlier review Dr. Wong responded to my complaint with a letter of apology as well as a check refunding the fitting fee. I was pleasantly surprised and am very appreciative of her kind and generous gesture. Because of her response I will definitely be returning to see her again. Thank you Dr. Wong!

I went to Vision Plus for the first time and was very impressed with the care and the service. Dr. Louie was very professional and informative. I’ve been going to optometrists for a decade now and learned new things about my eyes and health from Dr. Louie. She seems very passionate and dedicated to her profession and I would definitely see her again. Also, Kevin helped with getting me new frames and we were able to find a great affordable option since I don’t have eye care coverage for frames or lenses. He was also great to work with. I was very impressed with the whole office.

kevin is amazing at this store. he went above and beyond what customer service is. not only was dr. wong pleasant and actually had a personality not like most other eye doctors i have been to (i have been wearing glasses since i was 17) you can definitely tell she likes what she does. as for kevin wow he took my older glasses and fixed them when no other place even the original place i bought them pearl vision would not. i am excited to find such a warm and friendly eye place. thank you thank you.

Dr Doris Wong is excellent! She is highly professional, personable and very throughout! Dr Wong makes the appointment comfortable & relaxing! ~They also have a new Digital Retinal Imaging Machine from ‘Optomap’ that simply takes a picture of your eyes so you don’t have to have your eyes dilated! I walked right out of the office & drove away without having to wear embarrassing glasses or be bothered; & my vision was very clear too! I highly recommend Dr Wong to anyone! She has helped me detect things most Eye doctors even missed!

I recently made my first visit to Vision Plus, for some an exam and new contacts. I saw Dr. Louie, who I believe is a fairly recent addition to the staff. I can honestly say that in my roughly 35 years of seeing optometrists, I’ve never had a better experience! Dr. Louie gave me the most comprehensive eye exam I’ve ever had, and she made sure that all of my questions were answered. Then the follow-​up care I’ve received has been nothing short of stellar!
As far as the facility itself goes, the waiting area is very comfortable and clean. The staff «up front» is welcoming and professional. And the online appointment scheduling is a plus, too. Depending on when you go, the shared parking lot may be fairly full, although I’ve always found a spot.
I’m can’t say anything about Dr. Wong, since I haven’t seen her (yet), but she has great reviews of her own. But I can say without a doubt that you’ll be pleased if you go see Dr. Louie at Vision Plus!

I just moved to Renton from Bellingham and am feeling a little out of place. The receptionist noticed that I was from Bellingham and struck up a conversation about moving because she had lived there as well. She even took the time to make a list of Bellinghamesque places in Renton for me. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dr. Wong made sure that I knew I was eligible for a rebate from the maker of my contacts and it saved me $ 60! I will definitely return and would recommend them to anyone.

This place is great! It’s close to home, very clean, personable and extremely helpful staff — can’t ask for more. They are also great about checking your insurance and helping you understand it, as well as working with you in finding the perfect new pair of specs, no matter what your budget is.

I went here because I was in the market for a new optometrist, and wanted to find someone close to home and work I chose Vision Plus because of the great Unilocal reviews, and I was not disappointed! Highly recommended. I was able to schedule my appointment online, which I love. The front office staff were friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Wong really took the time with me to talk about my prescription, which is a bit complicated. I think they’re great, and am planning to bring my son in when it’s time for new glasses for him. So happy they are right here in my neighborhood!

Answered all my questions, friendly and had great service. Making appointments were easy. Follow up appt was quick and to the point, ordering contacts was easy and the staff was very helpful.
