Not only are all the Drs. Really good at careing for all eye issues,
The staff do all they can & work hard to take care of each customers needs.
My husband. And i feel fortunate to have this business not to far from where we live.

I started seeing Dr. Beach shortly after my eye surgery. Dr. Crowell took over my file after the move, he has always been very thorough, honest, and personable. The ladies at the front desk and the ladies assisting are also very friendly and personable. I currently live 30 miles away and still wouldn’t even consider changing eye doctors.

Dr. Sefrit is a wonderful eye Dr. He’s spent a lot of time helping me get ready for
cataract surgery. Fitting me with contact’s to see if I would like mono vision when they put the
permanent lens in after surgery.
The staff is also top notch. Loving, kind and caring.
Cascade Vision Center is Professional and has very knowledgeable doctors.

I went to cascade vision center because my regular eye doctor was sick. I will now be making a permanent switch. The front desk lady was so genuinely concerned and jumped through hoops to help me and get me in to see the doctor. I also had my 2 year old with me. The nurse sat with her to keep her calm. I was so impressed with the doctor and the nurse. They were warm and comforting and seemed genuinely concerned. It’s very rare these days to feel like doctors and nurses actually care. I was so impressed that I felt compelled to write a good review. The next time I went to have a follow up visit, it was the same kind of experience. I highly recommend this office.

I (along with my entire family) have been going here for a long time. The doctors that I have dealt with (Drs. Crowell & Sifrit) have both been patient and unhurried, taking their time to fully explain what’s going on. They are knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. BTW, during my last visit, the music is now smooth jazz which is nice.

I have been going to this clinic for years, way back when Dr. Beach ran the practice. The new doctors are very nice and professional. I saw Dr. Sifrit and he is very good. I also bought my glasses there and they were ready within 4 days. My only nit picky comment would be the super boring classical music on the speakers. Hopefully they will put something on a little more hip!

This is the first optical clinic I have chosen and as a first time client, I was dissatisfied with the waiting period. I have arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and I have seen the doctor after 45 minutes of waiting. I don’t know if I have any right to complain about that but I am just saying so.
About the doctor, I am very well pleased to be seen by him because he was very upbeat, informational, and caring. He clearly explained what I needed to know and what needed to be explained.
The staffs are pretty good and accommodating.
Overall, waiting time (as a first-​timer) was the least satisfying experience.
I wonder how much if I am a regular client already. We’ll see. :)
