Very disappointed, was a regular customer spending a lot of money shipping for work.
I walked in today waited for the guy to come over, he took a phone call about Singapore and told me to wait after 5 minutes I walked out.
I will find somewhere else to ship.

I needed to ship a computer over night. The owner used a box twice the size they normally use, (so they can charge more). He then charged an over night rate but sent it out Friday to arrive Monday. He charged a total of $ 178.00. I have a friend who owns several ups stores and she told me that he REALLY ripped me off!!! Please don’t use this store.
This was the owner, not an employee. Karma buddy!!! How dare you

(Originally 4 stars) The service has gotten better here — I’ll give them that. It’s still not great; I’ve only had 1 gentleman ask if I needed help on 1 occasion and I’m pretty sure the manager lady hates me — she never smiles. But all in all, it’s my UPS store and I appreciate them. Do I wish I had a different one? Maybe… like the tukwila store…
But I’ll take what I can get. It only takes me 3 minutes to get there! ;-)
Hey! Maybe with 4 stars the manager will start smiling at me. 5 stars if she does!!!

Went in last night (12 – 17) and the manager not only smiled at me but was helpful and really nice! SWEET!

Tony was great and very helpful.
I had a color printing job that I needed for an Interview. Was not phased by the «busiest shipping day» of the year and was able to take care of my needs. I have used this location before for many business printing jobs and they have always been reliable.

We had to ship 2 years worth of baby clothes to a cousin. In 2 years time we accumulated 8 costco sized diaper boxes. My husband and I meticulously packed it in 4 garbage bags into a washer machine box acquired from the nearby appliance store. When I dropped it off at the UPS store, the clerk helped me unload it from my van and into the store and started to price out the shipment. Another guy came from the back (I assume the owner), checked out the box and said that he could probably drop the price down after I told him it was all clothes inside. Turns out he could save me about $ 50 if they cut the box down by a few inches. In 5 minutes, these guys cut down the box, taped it back up, and priced it out for a little over $ 100! Awesome service and friendly staff!
