Pretty good taco truck food. It can be hit or miss though… I’ve been here quite a few times and usually enjoy the food but I have had at least 2 different experiences where I was not impressed. Perhaps it was a different cook those times? The food is pretty authentic and what you would expect from a taco truck. They actually have horchata, if it’s not out, and it’s pretty good. I usually get the burrito. It’s a nice large burrito and definitely fills you up. Sometimes the meat can be a bit gristly but it’s not too bad most of the time. I would suggest trying this place if you are in the area but it’s not a destination place. I’m sure I’ll be back when I’m craving Mexican food for lunch.

I ate here once last weekend, it’s a taco truck, and had a carnitas burrito, which is one of my standards. It was… basic and good? The pork was good, sort of dry but tasty. The shell and rice were fine. The beans were refried which would not have been my first choice. The 2 included salsas(in tiny cups, there was not enough) were flavorful and mild. There were lime wedges available which was nice. So if you put a lot of sauce on the burrito it was good. The ingredients were not well-distributed, so I had a lot of all-pork bites and a lot of no-pork bites, which is a pet peeve of mine. If they could switch to whole beans and coax some more interesting flavors out of the burrito then they could really have something here. The lady working inside was nice and the prep time was about 5 minutes which was fine. There was some covered seating that I did not use. It was cold out so I went back to my car.
