I sort of hate to post ’cause would love to keep this secret… if you like authentic Mexican, blue-​collar style, this IS the place in south king co.
No skimping on the carne está!

Great food, fast, full of flavor! Wonderful outdoor area! I will be back, and would recommend anyone who loves authentic Mexican to give it a little! Salsas were great!

Why are they so slowwwwwwwww? Seriously…40 minutes from the time we ordered our 4 tacos and 3 mulitas? I would never come back here.

I got the tacos. They were amazing. The place is small, but they have a tiny outdoor eating area. There was a line to the door, but I went right at lunch time.

Excellent menu, with super fast service. However, please confirm your order due to English being the staff second language. Overall, it’s authentic Mexican food delivery fast !

OMG! Wow! I love this place! The first time I noticed it was driving by and it caught my eye. I thought I would look it up on Unilocal and it had good reviews, so I decided I would stop for lunch. I was very impressed.
Very clean, busy and smelled awsome!
The menu is large and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is made with super fresh ingredients. The staff was very friendly.
There is plenty of room to dine inside or on their outside patio.
Loved the nice little salsa bar too! It reminded me of the food you’d find in Mexico!

I love this place! After a lifetime in Southern California, and with a Colombian girlfriend, we have been searching and searching for a Mexican restaurant that would become our go-​to.
The flavors are so bold, and everything is well seasoned. I had a Pastor burrito and she had the vegetarian special. We are sitting on the patio completely satisfied and happy.
Lastly the service was so friendly, the type of service that makes you want to tip well even when you order take out!
So happy we found our go-​to place!

Great street tacos. Wish the combo was for 6 tacos instead of 4. My favorite authentic tacos in the area. The place looks small with not much room for a kitchen but they still have a large menu and great food.

You can’t beat this place. Prices are cheap (and price shown is after tax), food is amazing and they are fast and friendly on top of that. This is the best bang for your buck. I personally love the carnitas, carne asada torte or spicy pork tacos. But I’ve tried at least 10 different things and they’re all money.
They fixed the parking lot pot holes a few months ago and the outdoor seating is nice for summer days. Don’t let the appearance and exterior scare you away, this place is just too good!

El Kiosko serves great «taco truck» style tacos in a small box of a restaurant. The menu is quite extensive with tacos, tamales, burritos, sopes, tortas, soups and various platters. They even serve breakfast. My go-​to order is the 4 carnitas tacos for $ 6. Simple, tasty and filling! Love all the crispy bits of the carnitas. Burritos are packed with goodness and are a steal at $ 5.00. Nice salsa bar with several different kinds of salsas and pickled veggies that I like to add to my tacos. My favorite salsa is the green salsa, which is mild and refreshing. They also have awesome Horchata for only a $ 1.80.
Food comes out quick and the service is quite friendly, especially the lady who gives me free horchata refills. This place gets packed during lunch and can be hard to find a seat. Sometimes you have to make some new friends and share a table.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. Been here a few times and every time I leave completely satisfied! Food is delicious. If you are thinking taco truck come here! I would recommend to friends!

Yep. Read the reviews and the goods ones are true. We pass by this place on the way home every day so finally stopped in one night and we’ve been back 4 – 5 times since. Tacos are so good. I recommend them Al (el?) Pastor…4 tacos for $ 6? No brainer. You won’t be disappointed! Hits the taco craving spot every time I’ve gotten them. We’ve always taken it to go. Pretty big selection, and pretty quick too if you don’t want to sit down inside (or outside when the weather’s nice). My bf likes their burritos and enchiladas too.

Delish! I got the #1, which is 4 tacos. I got 2 beef and 2 chicken. The beef was outta this world, chicken was normal. I wouldn’t be able to handle that spice again, so id ask for no salsa, if you like spice, I’m sure it’s fine. I also got a side of rice and beans and that was good, nothing special. Service was good, busy during the lunch hour though. I only waited about 5 mins during the rush so it was t bad at all. The outdoor seating was what was amazing though. It’s clean and so nice to sit out in a nice day. I would recommend going for the tacos!

After reading what other Unilocalers said about el Kiosko, we decided to give it a try. It’s definitely a small place, with about a dozen small tables. Got there about
I was a bit bumbed-​out as the main reason I wanted to check it out was for the Menudo (tripe soup), but it’s only served on Saturdays and Sundays.
We ordered the 4-​taco plate ($ 6.00): 3 with spicy strpped beef & 1-​tripe, and a Chicken Enchilda Special ($ 8.99] served with beans & rice. Surprise! The tripe taco was delicious & fried up nice & crunchy. The spicy beef was great too. I prefer crunchy taco shells vs the small soft ones (doubled up).
All in all, great eating experience, but now I’ll have to make a weekend trip to get the Menudo. Thanks to all the Unilocalers offering reviews.

Yaaaaaas girl, if you’re looking for the yummiest tacos in Reh-​IN, look no further. El Kiosko has shut down the whole taco game! If you’re craving crispy juicy tacos, this is where you go. It doesn’t even have to be a Tuesday for me to have an excuse to drag my hungry butt down to this spot!
The carnitas and the tripe are my top two picks for meat if you’re getting tacos. They make the meat so crispy and crunchy with chunks of juiciness… and the seasoning for it is always the perfect amount of salt. I honestly cannot find a better word to describe it other than DANK. It is just so dang good!
The red salsa that they have at the bar is something that you MUST have with these tacos, but to make it the most ultimate taco ever? Add the cabbage salsa to it as well. Texture profile for it is cray… CRAY.
I’ve honestly never had anything else here because I get so blown away every time I eat a taco here! Wait… Just kidding! I’ve had the Torta before, it’s aiiight but I wouldn’t go with it as my first choice. Just listen to me and get the carnitas and tripe tacos, okay?! TRUST ME, you will not regret it!

Good service, menu options and food quality. The carnitas tacos will change your life. They have a great «toppings» bar with pickled veggies and multiple types of salsa and it’s delicious. Great option of Mexican-​style sodas using a cane sugar in the glass bottles.

Just order from the picture wall and you can’t go wrong! I got the 4 Tacos for $ 6, great deal for the awesome meats and sauces and flavor that has some real bite to it. For a place that looks like it’s only 650 sq ft, it packs in seating for 22. Will be back for more tacos at «the kiosk» next time I’m in the area.

Went here the other day with my friend and we were very excited to try it! We ordered the papas fries to share, and 2 carnitas tacos, 1 fish and 1 pastor. The papas fries were delicious — we got them with carne asada. They were only $ 7 for a huge plate and were topped with pico, refried beans, cheese, sour cream and guac. The carnitas meat is hands down the most delicious I’ve ever had — my friend is from San Diego and she was in heaven.
Definitely worth a try. I was a little disappointed in the fish taco only because it was lacking some tang in the crema. Other than that, I couldn’t be happier. They also have a great outdoor seating area with cute and colorful umbrellas.

El Ki is the second closest taqueria to me when I’m in Renton. This may bias me into thinking it’s solid. Especially vs. the chain mexican in the area (La Rancherita, Mazatlan, Chipotle — I don’t know why you’d be eating at those places unless you absolutely have to).
To it’s credit, I’ve never had a bland meat dish here. Flavor counts!
To it’s dis-​credit (?) my order isn’t always correct. Order carnitas, get pollo!
To it’s credit, my order is always tasty. Sometimes order roulette pays off!
To it’s discredit, ay dios mio — that parking lot — you could lose a baby down some of those potholes. I still park my car in it but, I pray. I pray for my tires.
At night this place is almost always crowded, that’s usually a good sign of good eats.
My friend uses a wheelchair though, and it’s a tight awkward squeeze every time. I really wish they would figure out a way not to have people sitting in the main entryway aisle/​blocking entry path for the non-​walkie folk of life. Or yanno, if you’re chubby and have wide hips. Expect to accidentally bump into people!
I like this tiny, colorful, tasty place. More problems with the building and parking lot than the food. It is ok!
