Worst place to live. Parking is to close I already got a door dent on my door, management sucks ass and they lie. Kids are always screaming in the day and in the night. Drug wrappers everywhere in the parking lot. The trash is always full right after the dump truck picked it up. And violence is pretty high. Teenagers like to act hard and tentants always parked illegally to block you from coming out of your parking lot. Not the best place to live. Cops are always here everyday and night. And there has been multiple cops in the area.

This was by far the worst place i have ever rented at. Its a great price, the problem we had was neighbors, their loud and obnoxious, not just the ones near us but in the entire complex. While we were there we witnessed at least three drug busts we even had neighbors trying to grow weed in the storage room. if your on the bottom floor prepare for stomping and music to go right through, along with tons of ants! we witnessed the staff smoking weed while clocked in, i’m sure there gone at this point. all i can say is, theres a reason they have so many cameras and officers patrolling. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I’m obviously not from the western Washington. So when me and my man moved over here, we weren’t really sure what area to move to. This is a great location. You have everything relativity close… Costco, Ikea, Fry’s, The Landing, Southcenter Mall, Kent Station, a variety o restaurants, and downtown is only about 20 mins in moderate traffic. The apartments themselves are great. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath. They used the space very wisely. All the room a great in size. There is lots of storage though-​out the apartment. The patio is big enough for a BBQ and a table with chairs. The price is great… just under $ 900 for 1085 squ. ft. and it has full size washer and dryer in the apartment.
