Royale Cafe & Bakery

I like it here I think I’ll be back. I love the coffee music, just hate the doorbell that rings every time someone comes in or out. It’s very disruptive when you’re studying or working. Otherwise, the café is neat and customer service is great.

This is a hidden away gem. It is tucked away in a building/​business park. I went here for lunch with a co-​worker and got the Greek salad and a cappuccino. Both were delicious, service was quick and the ingredients were fresh. I work around the area and it’s hard to find a good salad place, so it has made it onto the new lunch rotation. So glad I found it.

Very very disappointed with the service & food. I read the excellent reviews and wanted to try it, so I ordered it from the delivery service
. We paid $ 50 for 2 tuna melts (wanted 1 roast beef but received a tuna melt instead), 1 turkey guacamole panini, 2 smoothies (pink tutti fruitie was way too bitter & raw per my sister), and 1 slice apple pie (wanted apple strudel but received this instead). The driver was 20 minutes late, kinda spit on our smoothies while he was talking, and the food was below par. Bread fell apart and the tuna melts were hard per my sister & mother. We’re never going to order from them again. Thank goodness
gave us a $ 15 credit for such bad food & service.

I’m back again! And ordered the same! This time I got my latte and ham soufflé in a cup and plate! My latte looks and taste amazingly
Docking off 1 star again because my soufflé is stone cold inside… Next time I come I’ll ask them to heat it up longer :(… Other than that, next time I update my review, I hope it will be a 5 star experience !

This is a cozy place, that is conveniently placed on the corner of a large building. They have great pastries and wonderful service!

I ate here last week and it was the highlight of my trip! The banana and Nutella crepes are to die for! The barista, Becky is super talented. She made the most amazing designs in my coffee latte. My kids ate their pastries and devoured them and my husband loved his breakfast burrito. You MUST stop by and visit this place while in the Renton area!

I found this spot on Unilocal.It’s close to my office and I was sick of having burnt bean Starbucks as my only option. The coffee shop is located on the bottom floor of the IDC Medical Building. From the road the building has no sign showing but it’s right next to the 7-​Eleven.
I ordered a nonfat vanilla latte and it was so great! Perfect! They use Fonté coffee. They also had pastries that looked wonderful that I will try next time. The place was quiet, clean and offers free Wi-​Fi (with a password).

This place is in a medical office building and a little hard to locate your first time there. The coffee is amazing and the food is so flavorful! Great service and prices. Not a very loud atmosphere, which I prefer

This easily overlooked café is worth a trip from the Kent/​Renton area. Don’t let the fact that it’s located in a drs office building dissuade you from stopping. The food is really fresh and upscale. We especially like the salads and paninis. Look for discounts on Groupon.

I found Royale Café & Bakery on Groupon today and after looking at their menu and checking out their website, decided to give it a try… and let me tell you:
I had one bite of my «to-​go» Avocado Turkey Panini Sandwich on the drive back to work and I COULD NOT WAIT to write a review! This sandwich is FABULOUS! I don’t normally get BLOWN AWAY by my lunch but this is so, so, so, very delicious —
The sandwich is built on bread that tastes like it was baked today — with turkey, the freshest tasting avocado, a bit of cream cheese, tomatoes and salad greens (I opted out on the red onions) The Panini grill marks are perfect and give the bread a nice warmness and they don’t go skimpy on the inside layers =)
The textures are wonderful. you have the slight toughness of the grilled bread with the creamy avocado, and the crisp greens… oye! This sandwich is a MUST try (please, go try it. you will love your life!)
It is a little messy but that’s terrific because you can did the bread in the avocado that spills out. perfection!
The sandwich was $ 7, I think — it’s worth every bit! I also got a vanilla cappuccino… mmmmm…perfect! No need to add sugar or cream. the coffee was smooth — not bitter.
I am thrilled to have found this café on Groupon — without the Groupon, this café would be near impossible to find. It is on the 1^st floor of an office building without signs on the exterior. But don’t let that sway you from visiting — as soon as you walk in the main doors of the building the café is at your immediate right. inviting and decorated quite nicely (crisp and classy)
The woman at the counter was very friendly and detailed when I inquired about the soup of the day.
This is a must try spot for lunch. And, no — I do not work there or know anyone that does… I just LOVE the sandwich I got today and had to share about it immediately!

2^nd visti:
I ordered a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee this morning. The person behind the counter is super friendly and the iced coffee was great. The breakfast sandwich was just ok. The bread was great, the eggs were fluffy and hot and the cheese was nice and melted, however the bacon was really poor quality, it was something you would find on a cheap burger at a fast food chain. I would think thick cut bacon or a higher quality bacon would easily take the sandwich to the next level.
It came with a side salad of mixed greens with shaved parmesan. yummy!

Great coffee (Fonté) and excellent pastries, assuming you like croissants, danishes, and similar flaky and buttery treats.
Almost a pity that they’re not open on nights and weekends, or I would stop by on the way when I’m shopping in that neck of the woods.
