Pizza Hut

Ordered from this location tonight and it was just an awful experience. Took forever for delivery. (Okay, it’s Saturday, I get that. So I waited patiently) Food got here, pizza was way overcooked, but ironically, very cold. Pasta was hard and dried out. QuePapas were ice cold. I called manager and he didn’t seem to want to speak to me, even though I stayed very polite. He brushed it off. Didn’t offer to make it right, or replace food. Just rushed me off the phone. Bummer, I usually love Pizza Hut, but will not order from here again.

Wish I could give a lower score. Ordered 2 pizzas and 16 wings from here. Told it would be 45 minutes, which is fine. But then 45 minutes passed, so after 1 hour I called them. They said it was out for delivery. 20 more minutes. I called them again and they said the driver knocked on our door 3 times and left. HELL NO! I WAS HOME! WAITING BY THE DING DANG DOOR. and to tell me that I didn’t answer the door for pizza is an insult. And to make it worse they still charged me for the pizza even after i called making sure they would not. I have told my friends about this and all are boycotting the store. I have parties often and usually get 5 or 6 large pizzas from here. Never had a problem. I get wings often too again no problem. But after how rude these people were, how they lied to me. Well they are gana feel it in the wallet. Because I will never be shopping here again. And neither will any friends of mine. I’m sorry this is how our business together has to end.

If you call this location when they are busy you cannot get a hold of them. And the customer service people that you can reach are not very friendly. I just ordered from this store and delivery time was accurate but my wings were not completely covered in sauce a few of them were even missing sauce. And if I wanted bread sticks I would have ordered them. I was not anticipating on my cheese sticks tasting like bread with no chesse. Never again!

I ordered a pizza online it said it will take an hour and a half for delivery. When the pizza finally got here. It wasn’t even hot just slightly warm. Who ever cut my pizza made very uneven cuts. I had a pizza slice that should have been cut in two. We had a little baby pizza slice. I must of choose a bad day to order from them.

I ordered the 2 medium pizza deal for $ 6.99 each. I placed my order at 3:45pm. I received and email confirmation for my order. A few minutes later I received a phone call telling me that my credit card had an issue (I entered the wrong expiration date) so I called and gave them my info again. The guy I talked to said that my order was «good to go». I noticed on the email that the delivery time was over 3 hours! I accepted this because it’s Halloween night.
Almost three and a half hours later, no pizza. I called and they told me they couldn’t find my order. They asked if I was sure the order was in my name and not my husbands name… Really? No! I placed the order. So the person I talked to spoke to her «manager» only to come back on the phone and say «I’ve looked everywhere, I can’t find your order, are you sure the order was under your name?» UGH! I said yes, I placed the order and used my credit card. The order is pending in my account. I told her I wanted to reorder but I didn’t want to pay again. She then said «well since the order is pending we can’t do that» I’m thinking, it’s Saturday night it’s not going to process right away.
At this point I’m hungry and mad. So I proceeded to tell her I will dispute the charge with my bank and order my pizza somewhere else. She said «you can do that»…
Worst customer service ever. She didn’t offer to remake the order and get it out ASAP, they didn’t even apologize in any way. Never ordering from them again.

Ummmm… when did it become ok to make pizzas and use all those different toppings and NOT have gloves on while prepping the food? Making me think severely before ordering here again. Stopped to get some pizza before our Hawks game and having never been in this carry out location, have to admit, pretty disgusted by what I am seeing overall from a cleanliness perspective. Hope the back is better than the front?

Placed an online order on a Friday evening, for carryout. They had a special on medium pizzas — specialties or anyway you want for $ 6.99. Whaaaat?! My confirmation indicated it would be ready for pick up in 15 mins @ 718pm. Yea right! I get there at 725 and they tell me it will be out in 5 minutes. I went in there not expecting it to be ready, so it didnt bother me a bit. However, the overall timing was not bad at all.
The pizzas: I ordered the Supreme and Meat Lover — nothing extra, just the original way they make it. Everything was perfect! Great portions of toppings, and not greasy at all.
The location: small, but clean. Wait area was narrow. Kitchen area looked small but they get it done and kept it clean. Staff was nice and professional.
I cant even be mad about the Estimated Time being incorrect. If you read the note at the bottom of the confirmation, it does tell you that its only an approximation and to call the restaurant for a more exact time.
I would definitely recommend this pizza hut!

The order was fast. I ordered online, got to pizza hut in 10 minutes and the food was ready. Food was so delicious. The pizza was not greesy at all like some places the crust was just right and the amount of sauce they used was perfect. I paid $ 10 Got A medium pizza, breadstick and cinnamon sticks. What a Great Deal.

Anybody who is 2 starring that place is freaking crazy. my boyfriend orders from pizza hut 4 – 5 times a week. no its not always pizza… a lot of it is wings. seriously they do an amazing job every time. I’ve never gotten a fuck up. I even got a stuffed crust pizza one time that had pan style crust on the bottom of the whole pizza making it thick and amazingggg. if it says it’ll be here in 50 minutes its here in 25. Tips for everyone! Keep up the good work renton pizza hut: D

My parents wanted me to get pizza for a sports event and they requested Pizza Hut.
This location is very small! I ordered online and was supposed to pick it up at 7:15. When I came to pick up, The server told me I should come back in 10 minutes, so it wasn’t on time. It didn’t bother me too much but it’s something that may be problematic at some point.
Anyway, the service was great! The workers are funny and really nice, plus they were really busy so I’m surprised they didn’t lose their cool. I liked them!
the food on the other hand was blaaaaah! The entire pizza crust was SO damp with grease. Grease on top, grease inside. It was basically a grease sponge. I couldn’t get over it. My stomach hurt the day after, as well. Didn’t like the cheese.
I would probably avoid Pizza Hut in the future. The two stars is definitely for the cool workers.

Wish I could give them no stars pizza should have been done by 9:15 and here it is 9:30 not only is it not ready, there were just putting it in. They asked us if we still wanted it… We have been standing her for over 20 minutes and making others wait to eat dinner by and half an hour or more, ridiculous to say the least!!!

customer service was great. From the guy I spoke on the phone with to the lady that delivered the pizza. as for the pizza and the wings it tasted nothing like what I had a few weeks before while working in Tacoma. the wings were dry with almost no sauce and the pizza tasted re heated. I will not be ordering from this pizza Hut again

Not a huge hut fan, I like good pizza. A nice wood fired, crispy crust and chewy dough is right up my alley. You won’t find that at Pizza Hut or any other corporate pizza joint. However this place is close to my house and when I don’t feel like driving for a real pizza I can work with the hut or dominos. Last time I ordered from this place for delivery the pizza arrived about 45 min after I ordered (right in their quoted time frame). However when it arrived it looked and tasted like it was day old pizza, it was light on toppings and just not good. My wife called and complained and the manager put a credit on our account for what we had just spent. So the extra star is earned there for customer service. So the short of it is… their pizza sucks, it’s just not great. Not ever really going to be a fan, but when their pizza is worse than normal they will do what they can to fix it. And we did order one last night with our credit and it was much better, that meaning the Pizza Hut standard. Not good by any means, but at least edible.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! After over an hour of waiting for my delivery I called to see how much longer it wont take. It wasn’t even started yet! I requested it to be cancelled and TWO hours after I had ordered it they come and wake up my house at 11:20 at night. Honestly lets put this one out of business or at least get a new management team who respects its customers because they think we are a JOKE!

We tried to order their $ 15.99 pizza & wing deal online using 3 different devices today. My fiancé tried on his tablet and I tried on my phone, and the app kept crashing. He tried to call and order and was told by the employee that we couldn’t get the deal because it was valid online only. He said that he understood that, but that the online app wasn’t working. The employee was very rude and short, and promptly put him on hold and the phone started ringing again — she had put him back in the queue. So then we hung up and tried to order online on the computer and it said the were sold out of wings. I know they are busy during football and that’s understandable, but it’s no excuse to be rude and unhelpful. They obviously don’t care, there’s plenty of other customers on hold they can take money from!

I could barely make it through 2 slices of the last pizza I ordered here. I haven’t seen such a low effort pizza in a while. If it wasn’t for Groupon/​Bing rewards, and my optimistic side, I would never return to them.

I placed an order online last night, which took almost 45 minutes to deliver. Another pizza location is about a mile closer to me that Pizza Hut, and it usually takes half that time.
Seems a bit overpriced, two orders of wings, pizza and a pzone was $ 33 with delivery and tip… I could go to a nice sit down for that.
Garlic Parmesan pizza that was their latest promo was okay, nothing exciting about it, and I feel like other places have had this in place for years. The wings were the stand out — I got the boneless kind and they were well sauced and spicy. Sadly, dipping sauce was extra.
Not bad, but there’s lots of choices for pizza so I will keep on searching.

This Pizza Hut location proves that not all Pizza Hut are created equal. This one takes the cake for being the worse Pizza Hut out of the ones that I have experienced. I have experienced Pizza Hut locations around the world including some third world countries and never seen anything this bad.
First, I ordered online for delivery from this location like I usually do from any other Pizza Hut, I wait an hour and call to see what happened, employee informed me that there was a customer they had tried to call and couldn’t get a hold of and had to cancel order on because they were out of that pizza and asked me what the number was. I gave him my number and surprise surprise! I am the lucky customer. Never mind the fact that there is almost no chance anyone tried to get a hold of me… its a cell… even if by some reason didn’t ring… there is voicemail. Then he offered me to place another order for same pizza that he forgot he had just told me he was out of.
Second, I was sitting at a car repair shop getting my car serviced when I heard some customers talking about the very same Pizza Hut location and experiencing this very same problem of ordering online and not getting any delivery and then calling and getting the same story except when pizza hut employee asked what their phone number was, the customer mistakenly gave pizza hut employee her office number instead of the number she used to order the pizza online and before she could even correct herself the pizza hut employee quickly told her that yes it was her order that got cancelled!!!

Places my order online and the system told me I could pick up my pie in about 20 minutes. Being about 5 minutes away, I waited 10 minutes to leave the house in hope of getting a piping hot pie. When I showed up about 5 minutes early, the guy told me it would be about 20 minutes for my pizza. I was pretty upset as I was hungry. What I saw over the next 30 minutes made me feel like I should give these guys another chance. Every person was friendly, polite and professional. I don’t think I have ever seen an entire team that was so service oriented.
In the end, Service was A+, Pizza was A+, quality was A+, and Reliability F. Overlooking the near 45 wait, the rest was flawless.
