KFC

I love KFC, but this location is always out of chicken. Out of regular old original recipe chicken. I only wanted two pieces. Nope. They are out of chicken tenders, out of FLG sauce. Got a meal the other day and they didn’t have any baked beans or the other side I asked for. The employees were standing around talking. No one offered to make some. I don’t know how they can stay in business.

Last time I went here, the chicken was not very good. I ordered a chicken little or whatever it’s called, and instead of using the little bun, they cut a normal size bun in half and stuck the stuff I there.

I have been to this location many times. The food is good. Usually we just get hot wings. But 50% of the time they are out. COMPLETELY out!!!
Today I went in and the moment I stepped in that lounge, I saw flies all around me. Besides the kitchen, I don’t think there was a place you can sit or stand without flies doing circles around you. Nasty!!!

The worst kfc don’t go here… I ordered some wings and had to wait 20 min to order the wings and another 20min for the my 20piece hot wings… So much for fast food! Employees were just standing around even tho there was a line. Horrible service.

We’ve been to this location a few times and the staff is usually pretty friendly. They almost always get our order right.
This last time the soda machine was broken or something and the only options were Pepsi and mt dew, which was kind of annoying, but they also had bottles of water and Capri suns which was an okay substitute for my family.
Our order consisted of two famous bowls, one with gravy and one without. Unfortunately, the portions between the two were much different, my kids decided to fight over that but, I’m sure if it wasn’t that it would have been something else.

Ordered a 12 pc original bucket. After waiting 18 minutes we were brought a 10 pc. When he asked if we ordered a 10 piece we said no a 12 piece– clearly written on the receipt– he brought us two more. It was at this time that we realized he brought us extra crispy instead of original so when he came back I just told him so he could be aware of the mistake and we had no more time to wait another 20 minutes to get a correct order. When we got the food home, the bucket contained 5 breasts, 5 wings, two thighs, and ZERO drumsticks! Not only that the breading on the chicken breasts was not cooked all the way. I have to agree with other reviews– worst KFC ever.

This place… They either don’t have chicken tenders or the ones they have are dry and shriveled. You would think they would plan ahead, what with the new commercials with that darn catchy jingle that starts out with…“three chicken tenders…”
At any rate, went there today and after I already paid, they didn’t have baked beans.(couldn’t have checked that before I ordered?) and offered me another side. (I guess corn is okay…) Then, as I was getting in my car they brought me part of my order that they forgot. I also had to ask for the sauce, even though it was on my receipt and part of the standard meal.
One star for effort of me not getting home and having a sad because my extra biscuits were missing since they caught me before I drove away.
Catchy jingle, you won’t fool me again! Next time I get a hankering for three chicken tenders, I’ll go to Ezell’s.

POOR service, 3 people working and still had to wait almost 10 minutes to get a order in. Food was crappy in taste and price. Won’t be back here. Doesn’t KFC see that in the greater Seattle area that the majority of KFC stores are getting POOR reviews?

Horrible service. Lots of people running around doing nothing. When I said I wanted my money back there was no urgency about honoring that request. I wouldn’t go back there if it was the last place to eat on earth.

Worst KFC ever. Always out of everything at dinner rush. Biscuits, pot pies, baked beans. Flies buzzing everywhere. If there was one closer I would go there instead. This will be my last visit. Going to Popeyes next time.

Why, oh why, do I not check the reviews beforehand? Ordered chicken with sides, mashed potatoes & gravy, corn & beans. Went through the drive through. Like others here, I was told it was 6 minutes and to park out front and wait. We did. Meanwhile others were zipping through the drive through, parking, going in, coming out. .. and we’re still waiting.
After 20 minutes, hubby walked in and was told that now they were waiting for the beans and corn. What? You didn’t realize when the order was placed that sides were involved with the order? At 30 minutes I walked in — and have to admit, by this time I am steaming. The employee tells me that the manager is pulling the order. Meanwhile she tells another customer that their order of chicken will take 6 minutes. I let that customer and everyone else coming in that, no, it will take at least half hour — since that’s how long we’ve been waiting. Now we’re waiting (and waiting) for the manager to «pull our order.» Another 10 minutes pass and I just want to get my money and get out of there.
The manager finally comes out with our order and, to be fair, was very apologetic. Evidently, for some unknown reason, our order got lost in the mix and that was the reason for the delay. She gave us our order AND refunded our money. I have to say kudos for trying to salvage a horrible customer experience, but I know now not to go near this place. 45 minutes for «fast» food? Nope. To top it off, there was only one breast in our chicken order and the place had a ton of flies all over.
Thanks, but no thanks. Not going back. .. and if you read the reviews here, you’ll stay clear as well.

I’ve been to this restaurant twice the first time there was a sign on the door saying that there was no check in today they had to check and see if they had chicken on both our meals for number three and a number for their is very poorly managed someone needs to take over

This kfc sucks. sorry… i hate to write a bad review, because i worked fast food for 7 years. but they were not only rude, which i understand, but my order was incomplete! they are in the ghetto so i guess they can get away with it… but i say bullsh&* people deserve to get what they pay for!!!

This past Saturday will be the last time I spend money at this place. I’ve always felt that I was being shorted chicken, but it wasn’t until I actually counted the pieces in my bucket that I knew for sure. I paid for a 16 piece box and got only 12, and those pieces were very greasy. Never again!

Quick and easy today. Was in the drive thru for about a min. Being 11:45 on a friday, I would say that was pretty good! The two thigh meal does not come with a drink though. Weird.

Went here to buy a couple buckets of chicken for a football party. We decided to walk in instead of using the drive-​thru. Bad idea. We ordered a bucket of original crispy and another bucket of extra crispy chicken. We were told the original crispy would be ready in 6 minutes. No big deal. We waited. 8 minutes passed and we they haven’t called our names back to the counter so I went up to ask and was told while waiting for the original crispy, they ran out of the extra crispy. It would take another 8 minutes for those to finish. It was annoying but what can you do. But this time we stood by the counter so they could remember that we have been waiting. When the extra crispy came out, the drive-​thru lady immediately filled 2 buckets and when the front counter server tried to fill our bucket, the drive-​thru lady gave him «the hand» as in to mean «you wait for your turn, i’m servicing the drive-​thru customers». The front counter server had to tell her we’ve been for 20 minutes and she relented and gave him one of the buckets she filled.
Excuse me!!! Really? I don’t blame the front-​counter server but that drive-​thru lady was a bitch and clearly didn’t care to prioritize the orders on the screen.
Next time, if ever, which is very unlikely, but if we really have to– we will use the drive thru.
30 minutes total at a fast food place waiting for FAST FOOD!

PS the chicken was good but the service made me not enjoy it as much.

This KFC isn’t the cleanest all the time and it’s always hot as hell in there, especially during the summer! The service is also hit or miss here. It also used to be super worth it when they did their $ 10 bucket specials on Sunday. I always enjoyed getting a cheap bucket of boneless chicken, but now send that deal is gone I won’t be getting chicken as often!

For some reason I gave this place one more chance to prove me wrong. Instead they made me post my first 1 star review. I definitely will not be back to this place even though it’s very close to my residence. When I bit into the chicken I had to get through about an inch of batter and then the chicken was very dry and tasteless. I couldn’t even finish it and I through it away. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!

If you are in a pinch and need to grab a quick dinner then this is NOT the place. A couple of years back after a huge power outage it was rumored the owner was upset at all the lost inventory– so since then to ensure no waste a lot of the chicken isn’t even cooked until you have ordered it! I once sent my husband down to pick up a pregnancy craving and I kid you not he sat in the drive thru for nearly 25 minutes. He would have given up if it weren’t for the fact he was boxed in.

This place is very cool. It is always clean and the staff are accommodating to changes in your order. Some KFC’s have strict limitations on what can and cannot be substituted and I like how whenever I go to this place I get the same answer to my questions. Uniformity. It’s highly professional.
This place is very clean especially for a fast food joint. I always see someone cleaning and I never see the staff just daydreaming unless they are on their break.
Everyone has on their appropriate outfit and uses the right utensil for each thing.
They are extremely polite and even if they are not talking to you right at that moment they assure you they will be right with you in a friendly and warm way.
The employees that work at that KFC are great. They are all very capable of higher positions in the KFC company but I’m still glad they’re there when I need my chicken!
The layout of the restaurant is open and not crammed. Questions are answered in a timely manner.
This KFC is much better than the one downtown Renton that is joined with an AW. This KFC is the best one I’ve been to in a long time!
