McDonald’s

OK. So the NEW McDonald’s has opened (as of a month ago) at the new location down 108^th (Benson) on the north side of Carr Rd.
Apparently, they brought their old crew of incompetent folks to the new location because they STILL can’t get an order right.
Example #1: I ordered a plain biscuit and a Diet Coke one morning in the drive through. Got halfway down Benson, and opened my «biscuit» only to find a bare SAUSAGE PATTY with my fingers.
Example #2: Ordered an Sausage McMuffin with Egg in the drive through. The sleepy-​eyed gal hands me a bag containing obviously much more than that. I tell her what I ordered… and she just stared at me like I was from another planet. OK. Screw it. I’m obviously getting what the guy behind me ordered, which was a lot more than what I ordered… so I took off with two sandwiches and some hash browns. Thought I had «scored» until I took one bite of the ‘browns, which tasted like dishwater and old leather sandals. Serves me right, I guess.
And, I’m sorry. I’m sure she’s a very nice lady, and needs the job, but must they have someone with rotting candy-​corn teeth be the first human being (other than my spouse) I have to face at 6:30 in the morning?
I’m NOT lovin’ it. One star for giving me a creative outlet.

I go here almost every other week, but this last week I went into the drive thru and heard someone who was actually alive and sounded happier than a happy meal! Jrae almost made me want to literally come back with a gift for her like a gift card or something. She was so alive and didn’t sound dead like the rest of the workers of Mickey Ds from anywhere do. I appreciated that she was speaking clearly, having tone in her voice and just seemed like a great human being. It made my day!

One star is too much… HORRIBLE customer service. Waited in drive thru line 28 minutes. Then they told me if I wanted hot fries I would have to take cold burgers because they are incapable of providing both. The guy working drive thru was the biggest a hole I’ve encountered at fast food for awhile. Avoid this one.

Slowest service ever. I ordered 2 things at 3AM and it took them 11 minutes to make it. I was just sitting in the drive thru waiting forever. I could see 2 workers inside chatting and screwing around. the lady that took my payment messed up my change and gave me back 1 cent instead of 6. I told her I had given her a dime and she said «no, a nickel right» I said no. I gave you a dime, not a nickel. she then just said «okay whatever» and rudely slammed a nickel into my hand. she then shut the drive thru window and proceeded to stand there and chat with her coworker. I know it’s McD but it was really rude. after waiting a million years she handed me my food and slammed the window, no «here you go» or «have a good night»
I wanted honey mustard but didn’t want to deal with her bad attitude or wait another 10 minutes.

Not a very good experience, I don’t normally go to Mickey D’s… but this was just a bad experience, period. Starting out with no TP in the bathroom…
And no paper towels only ancient air blowers…
Quarter pounder was much smaller than what I am used to.
Greasy…
Places wasn’t very clean.
But the weirdest thing was the fries weren’t salty… You could feel the salt crystals but when you actually would taste the salt, it didn’t taste salty at all.
The guy that took are order was okay and our order was correct so that was good.

The people working here clearly don’t want to be here. Service was slow, and if they could’ve gotten away without talking to me at all, they would’ve. Good thing I’m rarely in the area/​stop at McD’s.

Disgusting. Used to be good (as far as fast food goes) but lately they’ve descended into inedible gave them another chance thinking it might be a fluke and they gave me fries so hard they cut my gum when I tried to chew them. Never going here again. If you’re going to buy food here just throw your cash in the trash cause thats where the majority of your meal will be going.

So… A McDonalds is a McDonalds BUT this one drives me bananas (and its the one near where I live)
Now I used to work at this fine establishment not that long ago so I think I know the what not to do at this place. My McDonalds does just about everything its shouldnt!!! The lines are always long and the last time i was there i just wanted the dang holiday pie. The manager was so rude in telling me that they ran out. Also i wanted a UN-​SWEETENED Iced tea… they almost gave me a sweet tea! Thats the second time thats happened to me!
Now the food is always good! I have no beefs about that! Thats how they got the three stars! They just need to work on customer service in general!

Seriously, they are fast enough on service, but check your order three times because they will invariably forget items or mess it up entirely.
On my last two visits there I ended up either short changed on what I paid for or with something utterly different than what I ordered.
