The service is fast, sandwiches amazing… But the music is always so loud and the voices of the workers are even louder!
All in all though great Sammy.

Decent food and definitely the fastest place to get food around.

Small sandwich, plain flavor, and they didn’t even mention to tell me pickles are extra. PICKLES. 1 dollar extra. What kind of sandwich store doesn’t offer free pickles?

Didn’t have lunch planned for today so I decided to get Jimmy Johns. Ordered this morning before 7am to have it scheduled for lunch time.
Ordering online was a breeze. The staff was friendly and kindly called me to let me know my order was going to be a few minutes late than the scheduled time.
I am always impressed by how fast they deliver. I am a very pleased customer and will order again!

Of course food was good but the girl at the counter taking order doesn’t sound happy to take our orders at all. Which gives me bad impression of the store’s customer service. Maybe they can improve on that

I really enjoy Jimmy John’s. The delivery service is always fast. However, 50 percent of the time my delivery order is not made correctly. I ordered a #15 and received a #3. The sandwich was still great, just not what I asked for.

This is the third time I have placed an order, had it delivered and it was wrong. Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 chips and 2 diet drinks. Got 2 sandwiches and 2 chips, but only one drink and it wasn’t even diet.

This is my fave location out of all the jimmy johns I have been to and that is a lot! I like this location because they are very consistent and they are extremely, extremely friendly. I always order the italian night club, cut in half. There’s always a perfect amount of mayo, veggies, and meat. And the bread. Jesus the bread is amazing! Day old bread is 50 cents if you’d like to bring some home and that is a good deal. I’ve bought some before and tried recreating the italian night club but it just wasn’t the same. Keep up the good work jimmy john’s!

I really love this place, but EVERY SINGLE TIME they screw up our order. When you email the order, the order is WRITTEN OUT FOR YOU. It can’t be that hard.

These guys «weren’t supposed» to deliver to us (we were totally out of their delivery area), but they did anyway, and boy, did they get a lot of business by doing so! We got to know all of the delivery drivers, and were totally sad when we called one day to place an order and they told us they could no longer deliver to us — for real. A new JJ’s had opened up just down the street and would be our delivery service.
While the new staff at the other location is not as friendly, the food is still good. That in no way reflects on this location.

I was lazy to eat out so decided to order JJ’s. Got it delivered in 10 minutes! Considering my work is already 10 minuted from this sub shop. Ordered my regular #2 Big John with tons of extras. And again, JJ’s never disappoint me. I am a happy camper lol

I’m a fan of Jimmy John’s #12 Beach Club — it’s what I order at any JJ’s location. Unfortunately, I felt that this JJ’s fell short of my expectations compared to others I’ve eaten at.
I wasn’t very hungry, so I didn’t think I could finish my Beach Club in one sitting. So, I approached the cashier to ask for a knife to cut the sandwich in half. I figured I could eat one half for lunch, and save the other half for after work. WHAT THE WHAT — JJ’s doesn’t give customers utensils?! I’m not sure if it’s just this JJ’s or company policy for all JJ’s, but I wonder why they don’t give out utensils… Anyways, I got some unpleasant looks from the JJ’s workers as I saw my sandwich go back through the line just to have it cut in half.
As I returned to my table and ate lunch with my coworkers, I noticed my Beach Club was mostly bread and too much mayo — it was quite messy and bothersome. I didn’t want to bring home the second half, and I couldn’t help but wish that my coworkers and I chose Potbelly for lunch instead.
All-​in-​all, if you’re really desperate for a quick and filling meal at The Landing, Jimmy John’s might be the place for you. Otherwise, I’d go to Potbelly instead for sandwiches.

You can beat a fresh Sandwich from Jimmy Johns! I love the bread it’s always so warm and fresh. And the pickles are the best too. I love the tuna sandwiches, Italian, and the gargantuan! Yummy!

If I could I would give them ZERO Stars, the sandwich was bland, the bread was stale and service was VERY slow! I have heard a lot about Jimmy Johns, So I decided to give this place a try, after going to them and having a sandwich there, I dont see why some people like them– their sandwich’s are very bland, and I wasnt impressed with it, I Highly doubt I will ever go back here– heck even Subway is better which is amazing to me!

They are always fast and friendly. I had my order «to go» so seating was not an issue. I love JJ’s!

Absolutely the WORST and I mean WORST service I received from so called manager Christina.
Not only they messed up my order/​forgot items that I paid for. They recognized their mistake but Christine schooled me and told me that it’s pretty much my fault even clearly the gentlemen who took my order was getting trained. This is crazy I will NOT order from this place and I will tell the entire company of my incident.
Sandwich vs Sub and my cookie. Bill was $ 24.25 and I gave the driver $ 30 and he ensured me that he be back with correct order!
So, the outcome was NO HELP by Christina and paid $ 30 and I’m still hungry.

JUST AN UPDATE: just received a gift card for $ 10 is this real or someone is pulling a joke. Lol

When they say fast, they aren’t kidding! I came in for an early lunch on Saturday and by the time I ordered, paid, and stepped back to put my wallet away, my sandwich was ready!
Their regular subs are a little small I think, so I usually go for their bigger ones.
Place is clean, adequate seating, with even a few outdoor tables. Their delivery is by car, unlike in the downtown areas. Never had the delivery from this location, but I always see them around Renton, so they are keeping busy.

Prices are fair, service is fast and friendly (and more importantly I’ve never been greeted by «Sup Dude». Place is clean, there’s outdoor seating. Really can’t complain as a quick sandwich lunch spot.
One thing to note… how the heck are these sandwiches so darn good. Seriously there is absolutely nothing special about the sandwich I typically order, some turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato and light mayo on a white french roll. But it’s just delicious, and tastes 10x better than if I did the same thing at home.

I am always amazed at how fast they make a sandwich. No matter how you order it the sandwich is usually ready by the time you pay for it. One of my favorites is the hunter club with just the right amounts of meat, cheese and veggies.
The un-​wich option with lettuce instead of bread is good too.

This location has gone way downhill. They keep forgetting items on my sandwiches. The last two times I’ve gotten the #12 Beach Club, there have been no sprouts. What the heck? Also, when I ask for extra avocado spread, I don’t just mean some avocado in the first and last bites of the sandwich. I pay $ 7 bucks for a sandwich here, so it better be right.
I’m taking a break from this place. I’m not happy.
