The best Thai food in the NW! We stop here every chance we get. The food, cook, waitress and prices can not be beat. We are always looking for a decent restaurant to eat at in our infrequent travels. The restrooms are a little funky, but hey, we’re not there for the restrooms. We will go back to this place again and again.

Now that I work and practically live in Renton, this is my go to when I need my Thai fix. Clean, friendly service and the prices are good as well. Under $ 10 for their lunch specials. My favorite thing on the menu?! Green curry! Really flavorful, full of veggies and tastes like heaven over rice. Phad Thai and Phad Basil is also delicious. If you’re planning on eating to go, call in your order and they’ll have it ready for pickup. Service is still fast if you walk in and order. Also keep in mind that they close after lunch service at 2:30 pm and reopen at 4:00 pm for dinner.

I was pretty impressed when I walked in because the dining room was immaculately presented. Some young lady in a black sweat jacket, without any special greeting or eye contact picked up a menu and got me to a table. Family run place… cool… but no sense of hospitality so far. I ordered spring rolls and the Mongolian Beef, then went to the washroom to wash my hands. No soap. No paper towels so I dried my hands off on my blue jeans. So much for getting my hands clean, right. The spring rolls loosely packed ingredients fell out as I ate them. It was messy like eating cheap, homemade tacos. Just ok. The Mongolian Beef was surprisingly cooler, temperature wise. When I tasted some of the beef, I thought maybe it cooled off because I was taking too much time eating the spring rolls. Then I got to the broccoli and realized that this whole dish was not cooked to proper temperature at all because the broccoli was chilled like it was just pulled out of the the refrigerator. There was no follow up until late in the meal when she asked how I was doing while walking by and never stopping. It wasn’t until I got to the register when my waitress actually made eye contact. Something about getting that credit card in her hand, I guess or maybe it was just unavoidable at that point? I did mention the dish was served not to temperature and she made some comment about it being taken from the fridge. She apologized and took a little off the tab. I told her it was OK and I would probably be back but now I’m thinking probably not.

If I were to base this review on food and our server, it would be a solid 4. But sorry you lose all your stars and I won’t be going back and I will recommend my friends not go back based on those I was spoken to. I went here with my friend and her daughter. We ordered soup, spring roll, pad see ew, and panang curry. It was good. The bill came to about $ 45. The food was good. Not the best food, but good and convenient. We paid and left. I get home and check my account, I wanted to go through my expenses and make sure everything was ok. I look and I see a second charge from them. I thought ohh maybe they made a mistake ok. Yes it was wrong amount(way off too) but hey mistakes happen. Maybe they put the wrong amount and didn’t void it. Ok that’s fine, at least I can call my bank and let them know. But when I called to ask, the guy who answers is like hello blah blah blah. I say hi I was just in and I noticed my card was ran twice. He starts going off saying it wasn’t run twice, my card didn’t work, I’m too broke to eat there. I’m like uhmmmmm excuse me I’m only calling to see what’s going on. I know I have money, I have a good job and make decent wage. I check my account daily. I have enough. I go on to say I only want to double check what’s going on. He starts yelling saying it’s my banks fault not his. If I don’t believe him come in tomorrow at 4 and he show me. Uhmmm I work in don’t have time to go there. I am asking if he could double check. I just want to be sure. He yells it’s my banks fault have them fix it. We go on about 5 more minutes going nowhere and he tells me «I have to go to sleep.» Then hangs up on me. Wow… thankfully my bank reversed the mistake and I got my money back, but wow, horrible customer service

Best Thai food I’ve ever had(and I’ve had a lot)!!! The restaurant is clean, service is quick and friendly, and the variety on the menu is great. This place is great for individual meals or family style eating. Take out and dine in portions are generous. Try the fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce!

The food was good, but not great. The service was 2 stars, but I’m rating this on the food being good and the food coming out quickly. The man who seated us dropped the menus on a table without saying anything to us, and repeated that with our food as well. He seemed annoyed and curt, but maybe it was because we weren’t regulars? We ordered the Fresh Spring Rolls first and the lettuce and sprouts were slightly browning, but they tasted good still. My husband ordered Orange Chicken and I had Panang Curry with Prawns(add pineapple) with Brown Rice. The rice was a bit dry, but that was easily fixed with the curry. As I mentioned before, the food was just good, not great. My curry was watered down(too much coconut milk maybe?) but it was nice to not have the tails on the prawns! Overall, good place to grab thai food, but not great.

I ordered green curry for delivery and it showed up without rice. I asked them about it and they said the curry doesn’t come with rice. What curry doesn’t come with rice?! I’ve never heard of something so stupid. How am I supposed to eat it? They said they could bring me some rice but it would be $ 1.50 plus another delivery charge. Don’t bother! Thai restaurants are a dime a dozen and they all include rice. Go with one of those. Also, I ordered the curry spicy but it was not. Very, very bland and ordinary. In addition we had an order of Kee Mao noodles with tofu but it came with chicken. All around a bad experience. Avoid this place!

Bomb chicken pad Thai! Super nice lady working out front. Decent pricing but a little skimpy on portion. I enjoyed the food and have been back but isn’t my first choice unless I’m specifically hungry for Thai food.

Me and my soulmate used to always go to the other thai place In fairwood when we had a craving(thai destination). However we wandered into this spot a couple days ago and I am extremely happy we did. The inside is very new and clean, a fountain in one corner and a good amount of tables. Our server was just as attentive as needed, she didnt come by a extra five times for no reason but we were well cared for. The menu has a very good variety of dishes to choose from, I had a peanut sauce stir fry of some kind with egg noodles and my girl had the chicken phad thai. It was probably because it was 90 degrees out and we were the only patrons but our food was ready in less then ten minutes and my requested 4.5 spicyness level was PERFECT which is hard to come bye. All in all I love this spot, ive eaten at alot of Thai restaurants and this place tops em all. Give them a try

We called pretty late about 9, expecting to be turned away for delivery. The woman who answered was very polite and said no prob! It was fairly quick too! I would say under 40 min and the food was great! I think we got 4 items for under 35 bucks including tip. We will def order from here again.

I have been coming here for years and I’d say they have the best Thai food in Fairwood. It is a small family owned business. They always have quick and friendly service. Their Pad Se Ew is delish!!! This place is always my go to Thai place! I always order to go, but the sit down dining has plenty of room. I’d recommend it to any Thai lovers!!!

Customer service is terrible!!! Do not go! They also say they go up to 5 miles deliver and have delivered to my house, but all of a sudden I live too far? Even though I live 4.5 miles. The guy on the phone was rude and just argued the whole time.

We first saw this place when the Fairwood temp library was in the little strip mall behind the McDonald’s. We forgot about it until this week and thought we should give it a try. Maybe my expectations were low, as I’ve been to a lot of bad Thai places recently, but we were pleasantly surprised. The décor is nice but not cheesy – plants and bamboo, with a little waterfall feature in the corner. The service was quick and attentive, with helpful and polite employees. The food exceeded my(perhaps low) expectations. We started with egg rolls, which were plain, but fresh and tasty. Our entrees were sweet and sour and green curry. Both were very good. Both had plenty of meat, and the vegetables were fresh. The green curry had a bit too much Thai basil for my taste, but it wasn’t too overpowering. We’ll definitely be back.

The service is great here, everyone I’ve ever encountered is very friendly and knowledgeable. I usually get my food to go, and it is ready quickly. Tasty and flavorful, I’d recommend anything on the menu. The interior design of this place is very well done, if I wasn’t usually stopping by after work I’d like to eat in and enjoy the atmosphere. Not a bad option for a quick dinner in the Fairwood area.

We have only eaten here once. We were seated by someone who seemed distracted and not interested in us at all. The server was okay — the food was okay. We ordered 2 stars and found the food to be too spicy. We will probably choose another nearby Thai restaurant where we got better service.
