Ten Perfect Nails and Spa

Read all the reviews on this business. Including the Facebook page. The ONLY reason why I went here as long as I did was because Michael could do my nails exactly how I wanted them… Yes, he is rough, and bossy. But he’s not there to be my friend. A few issues with this establishment were… 1. I received my first ever fungus infection here. And not just once. I got them over and over. Weird. Over 20 years of getting my nails done and never once had one. Michael assured me that it was my fault and that I must do everything he says… (Come to find out. The nail tech that was doing them before was just doing a very crappy job. And my nails were lifting) so. Then Michael took over my nails and they did get better. 2. I started getting gel nails because well. One they are dried in minutes and two the polish lasts longer. Well. Ha. Not from this salon. I have done gel before but stopped doing them due to cost. However. When I started coming to this salon Michael talked me into doing gel again. Ok. Why not. I mean. They do last longer. NOT. It was getting so bad that I was constantly returning to the salon because the gel was chipping off of my nails every time I went in for a fill. And every time I was told it was my fault and that I’m too rough with my nails and I am not supposed to touch them. Let me tell you, it gets pretty annoying to have to return to a salon and ask for for polish to be redone after you just spent 30 plus dollars there 2 days ago. hmmmm… Never had that issue with gel at previous salons… Hmmm I wonder if it’s because Michael douses the nail polish with polish thinner. I’ve seen him put a whole vile into a bottle of polish. Umm and your only supposed to put in a few drops… I will never return… He has been shady with appointments as well. He has wasted my time one time too many. Also. He RIPS old nails off very roughly even after you ask to get them soaked off (the correct way) I now go to someone else whom is gentle and she does even better than Michael. Oh, and not a single gel nail has chipped… Do yourself a favor and stay away from this salon!!!

Not the best in the area and not the worst. The one time I had to get gel nails (I don’t like Gel nails but I got them done once in my life for a special occasion), I got them done here. They looked great but I had to go get them taken off about 2 weeks later because I couldn’t stand how long they were (my fault, not theirs). I have a regular manis, pedis, and waxing done here. You can call ahead for an appointment which is nice if you know you will be in a hurry or it is a busy time (aka wedding, prom, holiday season)

I used to go here every 3 weeks for a fill, now they place little acrylic and your nails fall off within 1 week, causing you to go earlier for a fill. In the last month I have went there hoping for good service, 2 times with no discount, costing me 80 for 2 fills and missing nails. Usually a fill is 20, depending on who does your nails, last visit I paid 30 and a 10 tip, wasted money. I would look elsewhere for good service. So sad for a business that was at the top.
