Super fast service but my food is ALWAYS barely warm. I would rather wait 2 minutes for my food than be eating cold chicken. They are in such a hurry that they never fill the fries up all the way. Every time I order any size fries, it’s about ½−¾ filled up. If that’s the case, I should get ½ off my bill.

One thing I know for sure about this location is they get your food out FAST! Once I was done placing my order, I was pulling out of the drive thru in less than a minute, no exaggeration. But what you get for this extremely fast food is food that is already cooked and sitting in a warmer, or on the side of the grill, however it works here. The food came out barely lukewarm, not even warm enough to melt the cheese that came on our burgers. The chicken nuggets were a bit warmer but far from hot or fresh. The fires are always the same lukewarm temp here too. There wasn’t a line for the drive thru at around 6pm which is usually when the dinner rush hits at most places. Wendy’s used to have an awesome value menu, but the hard times on the economy have forced them to change it. 4 piece chicken nuggets instead of 5. No more Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers for $.99, now just a Jr Cheeseburger. The staff have always been friendly here, which helps but does not totally make up for the ‘meh’ quality food. Another benefit to this place is that it’s really easy to get in and out of. There is a stop light onto S. Virginia if you need to go south on the busy street.

This Wendy’s is the WORST. I’m not a huge Wendy’s fan to begin with; I mostly order their chili and baked potatoes. However, this location somehow finds a way to mess the simple orders up almost every time! Chili to go in a bag — no spoon or no crackers! Baked potato to go in a bag — no fork, no butter! NEVER any napkins in the bag. This is just random stuff at random times. Sometimes they hit stuff, sometimes they don’t. The inconsistency drives me crazy. Most employees don’t speak English in the drive-thru. They act like they are ALWAYS in a hurry to get you out of the drive-thru, even if you are the only one there! Hey, I’m pretty sure I’m doing YOU a favor by being there, pal! My chicken sandwich was of course dry again. Wish they’d make it with a fresh chicken breast and not one that’s been sitting under the heat lamp till I walk it. And just in my opinion I don’t think a frosty should be served in a cone. It drips. I recommend a cup with a spoon.

Disappointed… but I will be kind with a 2STAR review. Using the drive thru… my wife ordered the Wendy’s «Premium North Pacific Cod Fillet» sandwich. On the menu board(and their website) it is pictured with abundant Cod brimming from between the buns. My wife had to open the bun to find the small square of lukewarm fish hiding inside. It wasn’t a Cod sandwich… it was a cod-flavored bun sandwich. I ordered the«Spicy Chicken Sandwich.» There was nothing spicy about it… it was completely bland… and lukewarm. Both of us were served unsalted limp, pale, greasy french fries. Yuck. I pulled the vehicle over into a parking space and walked into Wendy’s to find a little salt. However, even with a little salt… we could not finish the greasy, limp, pale fries. In the end we were still hungry and had a touch of indigestion. We will not return to this location. Dave Thomas is turning over in his grave…

I swear the only reason I usually come to Wendy’s is if it’s summer and it’s 102 degrees. For $ 1, I get a child-sized chocolate Frosty’s that’ll cool me down and keep me from shriveling up into a desiccated human being. Can’t comment on the calories because I truly believe that I sweat them out in the heat, thus negating any calories gained from the Frosty’s. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

Heh… so what does a review of a Wendy’s include when you go through the drive through. A. Timely. B. I didn’t puke it up later. C. Decent manicure? Anyway…we used to go here often because of the«Trans Fat» free food. But our tastes have moved to less fast food. Tonight I drove through and saved myself time in cooking up some nuggets for the kids. We got our chicken flavored salt chunks and headed home. I will go back… when I really have to eat fast food because of time pressures. Which is rare these days.
