Taco Bell

If you go to this Taco Bell at 2:01 and order a happy hour Pepsi, they charge you $ 1.82 instead of the advertised $ 1.00. Their clocks are off and the poor kid working there would not budge. Well that $.82 cost you my business. Fix your clocks.

You can only go to this Taco Bell location and ask for nachos and receive this… Crushed chips. Absolutely unacceptable. My order was so sloppy tonight and the quesadilla was shoved in the bag, squished with sauce ALL over. I’ll be contacting corporate. Terrible! Worst location in Reno.

Mobile app experience at this location is absolutely horrible. Ordered food via their app and they’ve lost or misplaced the order twice. It’s quicker to just get in line and order. I don’t understand why the process around their mobile order is so completely messed up. No thanks Taco Bell

This is the best taco bell hands down. My burrito was full, my taco hot and the cheese melted on my pinto and cheese! Clean and friendly

It’s fast food so you cannot enter with too many expectations.
The food is made quickly, the cashier was friendly, and the convenience of a drive thru is always a plus.
It was a small order this time. Two Doritos nacho supreme tacos and two cool ranch Doritos tacos to go. I was in the drive thru for a matter of less than 10 minutes. The cashier was pleasant and made light conversation while waiting for my food to be handed to her. She asked what sauces I wanted, I took the food, paid, and was on my way. That’s all I can ask out of a fast food joint.

I love the new spicy menu. It’s quick, inexpensive and the service is always friendly. They’ve really made an effort to ensure they have the friendliest staff. Can’t beat this fast, mostly non-​junk food option when you need a quick fix.

When I’m in Reno, this is my local Taco Bell. It’s also one of the slowest locations I have ever been to. Give yourself at least a good 10 minutes for your food going through the drive thru once ordering.
Twice now, my chicken quesadilla was burnt. I had ordered a chicken power burrito yesterday but got steak instead. That would be a plus for some but I really wanted chicken!
The drive thru peeps are super friendly and the food comes out hot. They also close early so there isn’t an opportunity for the advertised «4^th meal» campaign.
Deserves a solid 3 stars…

Shout out for Sebastian who helped me tonight by providing excellent service, fresh churros, and even let me order a last minute taco supreme at the window. Super nice guy! Thank you, Sebastian! I will be returning.

About 2 hours after I come here I sit upon my throne and wonder why I made the decision to eat here. Know that no matter what you order, it will taste the exact same as everything else. If you want to change that, just ask for a sauce packet (they will give you millions at a time). My favorite part of any taco here is when I open up that shriveled little tortilla and put the ‘flavor’ in it and find that wonderfully frozen lettuce and unmelted cheese. 3 bites later and you’re done and 3 hours later and ‘it’s’ done.

Disgusting. I haven’t eaten at a Taco Bell for many years. I am a big fan of their mild taco sauce though. I ordered the Mexican Pizza and a bean burrito with green sauce and onions. After 2 bites of the burrito I had to toss it. Really disgusting taste. I usually eat Del Taco which is really good. The pizza? Remember Alpo dog food? It tasted like Alpo smelled. Get a burger instead, or go to Del Taco. If I could have given negative stars I would have.

I’m not sure who actually reads reviews for fast food places, but if you do, drive down the street to another Taco Bell. I would like to say I never eat their food, but once in awhile I get the craving and this location is the closest to my home.
I’ve been there 3 times in the past year, or so, every time they have made a mistake on my order. The service is horrible, last time I was there I could hear the manager and one of the employees cursing and making fun of one of the other employees. This went on the whole time I waited for my order.
Not a fan.

Just tried the Doritos taco… yumm! Well worth the calories!

Background — It is the closest Taco Bell to the office so I have been here a few times.
Atmosphere — The place is fairly new and very clean with high top tables and stand tables. They have plenty of space to sit and never too crowded during lunch. They do always have a stream of people during lunch rush.
Food
Appetizer — Nah it is fast food.
Main Course — I went with fresco menu today. What is great is that they have a little cardboard display up by the register with calorie and fat count for the fresco menu all known as their Drive-​Thru Menu. I ordered two items the Fresco Burrito Supreme Chicken and a Fresco Chicken Soft Taco. So basically you lose the cheese and gain Pico de Gallo. I normally love cheese but this is fast food, is it even real cheese, so this aint a sacrifice at all.
Dessert — Watching calories can’t you tell? Silly question.
Service — There was a line and it moved fast with only one cashier and the food was prompt too we had just gotten are stuff place down and they called our number.
Future — I have been here before and I will come back.

VERY nice people, clean, newer interior.
BUT,
Having that lady (Drive thru attendent) walking around coughing all over the place, and only trying to cover her mouth half the time, is simply not good practices.
Watching her cough on the soda lids was especially gross. No one wants to lose income but, also no one wants to get sick (and miss their own work) because your employee is spreading germs all over.
Tha (area) manager lady was there, all smiles and nice, but she clearly did not get that it was a obvious problem.

This is fast food. Therefore the review is based upon that concept. Been there numerous times.
You want fast? Then the drive-​thru does a great job.
Service inside is simple. The place is clean.
Food? It’s Taco Bell level food. They failed a time or two on the bean burrito. But no biggie.
Would I go back? Yep. Would I recommend to a friend? I wouldn’t tell them to avoid it.
