June 27, 2015 Saturday at 9:00AM for breakfast 2 adults and a kid and of course a bunch of Unilocalers Atmosphere — 5 stars Food — 4 stars Service — 4 stars Background — Another Monthly Breakfast Club? Yes I want to attend! Atmosphere — We sat on the patio on a very hot morning. I am glad they had umbrella at the tables. Food Drinks — I had coffee, plain simple and hot. Breakfast — I ordered the pancake sandwich with sausage. I like trying things that are little different and this is the first time trying it here. Well at least I thought I would try. Really it was two pancakes with a side of two sausage links and two eggs cooked to order. When you say sandwich I would expect the food to be stacked, not there it was a classic breakfast plate. The pancakes were thick and covered most of the plate. Service — It was there. I would have assumed they would have split the bill as there were two couples at the table. I guess I should not assume, as it makes a… Future — Can wait to find out where the next Monthly Breakfast Club is going.

Ya did it again, Robert S. Kudos also to the great staff at PJ&Co for making the feeding of that many people go so well. It was a pleasure to get to sit and visit with some old friends and make some new Unilocal friends. The food was delicious — I had the PJ take on eggs Benedict. The setting was lovely. The service was excellent. More about the food. I am on a mission to find the very best eggs Benedict in Reno. This one came close, but I am not sure if it should be in a category by itself. They do not use the traditional Hollandaise sauce but rather a whisky cream sauce which was delicious. The portion was way too big for me. The Potatoes were OK, but I am not a huge fan of breakfast potatoes. They serve FRESHSQUEEZED orange juice, pulp and all. Coffee was very good, not excellent, but very good. Thanks again, Robert and Ly, for being great hosts. It was a great event. Looking forward to the next one.

Another awesome morning shared with fellow Unilocalers! It was a very warm morning and we were set up on the outside patio at tables with large umbrellas. It kept it shady and comfortable. I went with the Eggs Benedict with no meat. The sauce was a sherry cream sauce and it was super yummy! 2 of my 3 poached eggs were beautifully cooked — oozy and luscious just as a good poached egg should be. One egg was completely cooked through which was a little disappointing. It was served with a side of potato’s. All in all a super YUMMY breakfast choice. The staff was attentive, coffee was fresh, and the food was great. Thanks Robert and the staff of PJ’s for another awesome breakfast club.

Yeaay another UYE breakfast club with the Unilocal folks. We arrived & waited outside then Robert came & then we all checked in. We all sat on the patio. A very nice outdoor seats & the weather was sunny but not too hot yet. Very lovey day to hangout with. But be careful with few flies hanging around. I ordered their famous eggs Benedict and it came with 3 poached eggs, potatoes. I love it. The eggs were cooked perfect and the yolks still runny, very beautiful, potatoes was soft in the inside & crunchy on the outside, very good flavor. I love the sherries cream cheese sauce, so good. I think this one was the very perfect sauce & the best Benedict I’ve ever eaten. The English muffin wasn’t too thick either. My husband ordered the huevos rancheros. Muy buenos. He said it was delicious. Potatoes were perfect, eggs were cooked perfect too, the sauce was lovely taste. Food Portion were huge. Service was nice & friendly, always filled our empty glasses of water or coffee. We didn’t have separate check but the lady told us that we can just go to the register and they’ll rang it up separately for you. It was always nice to having a breakfast with Unilocal friends, with a good food. Thanks to Robert and once again happy birthday to you

Robert you rock !! He picked a nice spot with a large patio and ordered great weather for us to enjoy our breakfast with. The girls at PJ’s took great care of our large group as we were spread out over three tables. Impressive how they served us all so quickly. The food portions were huge. My pancakes were thick and fluffy and filled the plate. Looking around everyone had fabulous looking meals and many took home some leftovers. Always wonderful to be able to hangout with great Unilocal friends and meet some new ones. We weren’t hurried off right after we ate. We got to mingle a little longer. Way cool of Robert to figure out how to get us the«Breakfast Club» badge. Thanks. Can’t wait to see where you pick next month.

The crew at PJ’s were most hospitable as they took care of us during the breakfast today. We sat at three tables and had two servers, and my table had Courtney, who was beautiful and all smiles! She noted our names as she took our orders, used our names as she brought out our dishes and when she handed us our separate checks. It’s those little things that give a feeling of terrific service. The patio was well shaded, though the sun still made its way to my shoulders. It was a wonderful morning that wasn’t too hot. We had a nice group of 19 present, including 3 kids. It was fun to see familiar faces and get to meet a couple of new people. I ordered up the jalisco benedict California style(that’s avocado and tomato) on a croissant. I even requested soft poached eggs since I’ve had some challenges in past visits with my eggs being overcooked. The food came out at varying times, but was not an issue since many of us were engrossed in conversation and enjoying our coffees, tea, or mimosas. I sipped my friend’s mimosa… keep in mind PJ’s squeezes fresh orange juice, and it makes a huge difference! Sooo good! The presentation of my plate was delightful, and my first egg was perfect, but the other two were less than so. However, that did not take away from the taste. The fresh avocado slices gave a great element to the texture of each bite. And the sherry hollandaise sauce is one of my favorite in town. It was also fun to surprise Robert with a little birthday song and coffee cake treat(topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberry slices). Everyone joined in song and applause. Great time with great friends! Wonder where we will go next month…
