I don’t get the vibe that the workers enjoy working at starbucks. On the rare occasion that I visit a starbucks, this seems to be the case no matter the location. This is a shame. a genuine smile can go a long way. who knows it might even get me to try one of their drinks.
on this visit, I came in to just buy a gift card for my daughter, and I was able to do this with no issues. Due to the holiday, they had an assortment of cards to choose from.
be aware that parking for this location is a pain. it is the first driveway on the left of a curve right after the signal. if there is any sort of line at the signal, you may have to wait to get out of the parking area.
after about 5 minutes in line to get to the front, I was processed and sent on my way. not bad, not good, just ok.

The people that work here need to learn how to make drinks. I’ve been there 3 times in one week and 2 out of the 3 times my drink has been made wrong. I feel ripped off! And I’m not going back.

It was chilly and I needed a warm beverage for the wifey and I. The baristas here are always polite and efficient. I appreciate that, I want to be in and out quickly. The barista chatted with me while making the drinks and was genuinely nice. I always appreciate that good human interaction that seems to happen quite infrequently now. The drinks were made correctly, tasted perfect, and were done quickly.
Beware of the tiny lot, it is hard to get in and out of here if it is full.

This location used to be one of the closest to my home. Now I live on the other side of town and only find myself using this Starbucks when I am headed to or from a haircut down the street.
The baristas are always on their game and the drinks come fast — even when they are busy. They are always quite nice. Never a bad experience.
The parking lot is a tad small and hard to maneuver in but the speed they deliver the drinks makes the short time in the parking lot of minimal consequence.

so, I think I would rather go to seven eleven and get coffee, at least the service would be better than this place. I walk in and the guy ringing me up doesn’t even ask how I am doing or anything. I have never felt so unwelcome. Then I’m waiting for my drinks to get made and the lady put up my coffee and did not even call it out. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location till they have a new staff!

What exactly makes a «great» Starbucks? They’re all the same to me; shitty music, hipster and Mac laptops. 4 stars for a really good triple dirty chai, a fresh bagel, lightning fast service, and friendly staff.

I came into this store to by some gift cards for some coworkers. When I got there and asked for them the barista was rude and snotty to me because I was not purchasing a drink. Love the chain but will never visit this store again.

Typical Starbucks. You know what you’re getting. Staff at this location is always pleasant enough. No drive-​through at this location and the parking lot is a hassle. It’s tiny, difficult to get into a spot and even harder to get back out.

This Starbucks gets 3 stars, which seems just about right. Its not the best Starbucks in the area (the one across the street in the Safeway is MUCH MUCH better) but its certainly not the worst. Getting in and out of the weird shaped lot can be a pain, so that’s a minus, but otherwise this is really just your average Starbucks.

Although I am not a big fan of coffee, their hot chocolate & sandwiches are definitely worthwhile. The inside of the business is very well decorated, and a nice, quiet place to get work done.
