Southwest Village Apartments

My boyfriend and I came in without an appointment to check out apartments. The ladies in the office were so friendly and helpful! We didn’t wait more than five minutes before we were looking at an apartment. They are spacious and clean. The lady who helped us, Adriana, didn’t leave any of our questions unanswered.

This cockroach, drug infested place doesnt even deserve one star. & if the cockroaches were working in the office, they would be more efficient. Woman in the office is a flat out liar, and will not help with anything. It got so bad I needed to report them to the health board! & then she had the nerve to say I never contacted them. Well, I had to PROVE that I did prior to getting help from the board for one. Then I fell behind, and asked if I could make payments, that I would be paid off in 2 weeks or less. She said not unless I bring 600, of the 700 that I was behind. I was evicted wrongfully, in the manner that they did not wait the proper timing, nor gave me the proper paperwork. I called and set up a time to get my things, but when I went in this morning, there she was, smirking saying this is a courtesy because I bailed on them. It is NOT a courtesy, there is a LAW protecting my things. She got so nasty and unprofessional my mother had to intervene. Her name is Felicia, and acts as if she is better than everyone else. The apartments are trash, just like the most of the staff. I wouldnt recommend this place if it were 20 $ and the last place on earth! Everyone I know there has cockroaches. So if you do go, enjoy the little friends, and trust them more than the one in the office.

this place deserves no stars. ive had so many things wrong with my apartment from the get go! & everytime i bring it to there attention they dont do shit aabout it or they wait a fckn month at the shortest to come fix your shit. mind you ive only been here for 2 months. i ve had countless shit go wrong with this place, the do such a halfass job on everything from the fixing to the painting just everything is shitty!
