Quest Diagnostics

Got there for my appointment this morning, no one at the front desk for 20 minutes. The tech finally came and was very rude with no apology, what is the point of having an appointment if they make you wait, not to mention when I got there, for a change there was no one waiting in the waiting room.

Same building as my Dr. and you can make online apts that seem to work the best.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Plus they got my vein on the first poke…
The parking for this building is another story… Come early to find a good spot.
And remember to sign in your time if you have made a Appt online.

Been here 3 times. Severely understaffed. Horrible wait times even with thier bad automated appointment system. Go somewhere else!!!

The ladies at THIS LOCATION are awesome. Very sweet. Had an unusual lab and she spent a long time trying to contact another lab for help. Although that lab was unprofessional and she couldn’t reach anyone, she was very kind and considerate with me. Stuff happens and sometimes you have to wait for what you need, but when someone is pleasant it makes it easier to tolerate.

The ladies working at this location on 6÷5÷2014 were awesome! I didn’t even feel the needle stick.
I highly recommend making an appointment online. Your wait will be considerably shorter with an appointment.
It takes a minute for them to do the paperwork but they took me back pretty quick. The facility is clean and the technician was friendly and talked to me the whole time she was drawing my blood to keep my mind occupied. I’m one of those types that pass out if I’m thinking about what they are doing or look at my arm while they are drawing the blood.
Well done Quest. This is a good location located next to St. Mary’s Hospital.
