Ordered for pick up, got there and they said they lost my order. Had to wait 40 min. Lousy service. Don’t recommend!!!

Our take out pizza was awful! The dough was raw and there was a small amount of pizza sauce, basically we were served raw dough with a few veggies. When I called the store they said there was nothing they could do. I suggest going to another pizza place.

Haven’t been here in years, now I know why. Not only did the place stink so bad I actually had to hold my nose. The pizza I ordered was lacking everything, might as well been a piece of cardboard. Dry, hardly any cheese or toppings. I won’t be back ever.

A tiny bit below average, as far as my experience. Pizza arrived on time, though it was extremely hard — as if it had been sitting around all day. The tips of each slice of my thin crust were nearly lethal. Delivery guy was rude, and acted as if I had bothered him with my late-night order, and scoffed at me as he left when I didn’t tip because of his attitude.

Pizza Hut has gone up beyond my wildest expectations in quality. The stuffed crusted has become so wonderful. It doesn’t stop there either. The pizza is just so good. Even trying to think while typing this gets my mouth watering. It is worth what you will spend. I gained about 20lbs during winter living off it. Sure it’s work to get off that weight later but oh em gee was it worth it. I encourage everyone to give this place a try.

Worst ever!!! Ordered 8 pizzas online. Received call to confirm. Immediately called back and told them I was calling to confirm order. Arrived 30 min later — no pizza!!! They said they were trying to call me. Then employee says oops I forgot to tell them. I got 20 people waiting for dinner after working a 14 hour day. Manager did give me $ 10 off — that got them moved from 1 star to 2

This restaurant has some very shady practices. After reading the reviews here I am not surprised at how they treated me. I suspected something was wrong when the delivery man seemed rushed. I didn’t think anything of it. Turns out, they ran out of the 2 liters I ordered. Rather than call me to check if I wanted a substitution, they sent 220 ounce sodas instead. I realized the reason the delivery man was in a hurry is he did not want to be there when I found out what they did. So I called the number on the receipt and found out the truth. Did they offer to send someone to Wal-Mart or SafeWay to get me what I ordered? No, that would take too much effort. Instead they offered to give me a credit. I was insulted. They said they would not fix the problem now but promised if I continued to buy from them, they’d make it up to me in the future. I knew they’d never honor it and after what I just experience as their form of customer service, I will never buy from this Pizza Hut again.

Pizza Hut is really trying hard to change their image and their product. I totally respect that, which is why we thought it might be a good idea to try out one of their special menu pizzas. First, I would like to point out that their«special» pizzas cost more than the usual slop. Also, when we googled ‘Pizza Hut’, we saw that they were having a special deal where all their new pizzas were just $ 11 for a large. Except not really, because the Pizza Hut on Keystone doesn’t honor that deal. Hmm. Anyways. It’s always really sketchy going into that store for carry out, you never know what lovely fellow customer you will meet: Screaming Crazy Repeat Offender, «Ya’ll have never gotten my order right, are ya’ll just a pack of idiots?» or, I Would Like To Order Now, But I Have Remotely No Idea What I Want. It’s always really exciting. This time, there was a really nice family picking up their pizza. After the guy opened up the pizza box to let out all the hot(we will get to that in a minute), the gentleman noticed they forgot the fresh spinach. The dude came back with the pizza with like 5 spinach leaves on top, not baked into the pizza or warmed at all, just threw ‘em on top, awkwardly. The customer knew it wasn’t worth arguing about, so he just laughed instead and took his pizzas. Now, why did I have all of this time to notice the goings on in the Pizza Hut? Because we arrived 10 minutes after our pizza was due to be ready and were told it would be a few minutes longer. Employees were coming and going from deliveries, answering phones, making pizza and there we just sat, waiting. Unbeknownst to us, our pizza was indeed ready, sitting on the rack waiting to be picked up, yet no one felt the need to make us privy to this. When I finally, after at least 10 minutes, went up to the counter to ask how much longer(which I hate doing), they«Oh duh!» realized it was sitting on the rack for us. The pizza wasn’t too bad, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Not only does this place need better management, they need new lighting and a serious deep cleaning. The dreary florescent lighting casts a really depressing pale on the place and really magnifies how much it hasn’t seen bleach or cleaner of any kind. And what is up with opening the pizza box to proudly show your masterpiece? You are letting out the hot and thus what is really the only crowning achievement of your pizza! Pizza Hut, this practice needs to stop. If your employees are only being made to do this to ensure customer satisfaction, ie: «Does this look right?» then you need to train your people to read the directions better and do it right the first time. It’s building a pizza, it’s not rocket science. As stated before, Pizza Hut is trying to change their image, but some of their stores did not get the memo.

Ordered online for delivery. The pizza arrived exactly when they said it would and it was completely cold. All of the cheese(on the crust and inside the crust) was congealed and the crust was soggy. I would have happily picked up a Papa Murphy’s for half the price. From reading other reviews it looks like the trick is to carry out. I’d rather not frequent a business that has«tricks» to getting a good product.

I submitted pictures to show why they get a 1 star review. I created this account just to give this review. I’ve worked in the food/bar industry for the last 10 years and it’s really hard for me to complain about this kind of thing but this is bullshit. I ordered the«Big Dinner Box»(2 medium pizzas, bread sticks and wings) both pizzas were basically just loaves of bread with very little toppings and about a tablespoon’s worth of sauce for each. The bread sticks had more substance than the pizzas.

It’s Pizza Hut. I ordered online and the pizza was ready when it was supposed to be. The service was friendly and they always hold the door open for me when I leave with my order. I think that’s a nice gesture. Pizza Hut was always a high school hangout when I was a kid back in the 70s so once in a while I crave the taste of a pepperoni pan pizza. I especially love the crust. The pizza is consistent and I know what I am going to get when I order it. They haven’t disappointed me yet.

If I could rate it negative stars, I would. I had a really bad experience with this Pizza Hut last year, but I decided to give them another shot. They came through, whatever I ordered was great. Until tonight. Once again, they proved to be sub-par. When I called to determine what went wrong with my order the employee tried to tell me that I ordered something that I hadn’t, even though I was looking right at my email confirmation. She then put the manager on, he tried to tell me that they tried to call me to tell me that they were out of what I had ordered. I checked my call history, and low and behold they had never called. Horrible customer service.

Overall we really liked this Pizza Hut. I would say 5-stars for efficiency. They had our order ready to go right on time. 4-Star for taste. The pizza and wings were really good, but the wings didn’t have as much sauce as other pizza huts we’ve eaten at. 2-Star because they messed up our order. They put olives instead of jalapenos on our pizza, but it still tasted good. And finally 5-Star for price. You really can’t find a better deal for pizza.

I’ve had many visits here for carryout orders. Very good location in the 7th Street area. Friendly employees, fast service, and online ordering is very convenient — they’ve never been within a minute outside of the pickup time estimate they provide.

On a whim I ordered a pizza for later delivery, it was ordered for 6 pm tonight 2⁄5. A meat lovers and some wings. Did it over the internet with ease. Was delivered almost to the minute. Food was the same portion even though it is at the moment 10 dollars. Both the pizza and wings were quite tasty. So Bully for you Pizza Hut…
