Can one really receive zero stars? I imagine if the company doesn’t show up for an appointment nor call (or return calls) then that would qualify. I called and spoke to «the owner Nick» early last week and told him of what I needed done. He said it wouldn’t be a problem, gave me the per hour cost and an estimated time to complete the task. We then set up an appointment for Friday August 30th. I took the day off since the work would take most of the morning hours. I called at 1 hour after the scheduled time and 2 hours after the scheduled time and still have not received a call back (hope «Nick» is ok).
