Please understand that the stars on this review are STRICTLY because of the consistent delicious food that comes out of the kitchen. The service is mediocre every time, and usually the wait times are nonsense, and last night was no exception. 53 minutes from the time I called in, until the time my CALLAHEAD order of one pepperoni pizza, wangz, and fries was done. There were multiple times where all six employees in the kitchen were having a dance party and not cooking food and cleaning things, which is what you expect to see when a business is actually busy. I understand having to wait for food when a place is busy, but that’s why I call ahead. These guys didn’t start my food until about 40 minutes after I called them. Disappointed.

Noble Pie is certainly a contender for my favorite thin-crust pizza spot. Its downtown location, pizza by the slice and late hours make it a perfect stop after a night out. That said, I’ve been there many times for their slice, salad, and soda lunch special. When I say«pizza by the slice», I’m not talking about them breaking off a piece of whatever’s under the heat lamp. You pick your toppings, the selection of which is unmatched, and they whip it up just for you. When I say slice, I’m talking about a quarter of a pizza. My go to slice has artichoke hearts, goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes and pine nuts. Pizza is obviously their main attraction, but I’ve made trips just for their house salad. The atmosphere is edgy/artsy(they rotate work of local artists), and the music is loud. You won’t wait long for lunch, but be ready for a crowd on weekend nights.

*****Update, owner contacted us, apologized, gave a refund and offered us a return meal on the house. That was very appreciated. Soooo disappointed! Decided to start our staycation here, as we have enjoyed this place for years… it was a no brainer. But nope, I guess they gotta pay for the new location… price was unbelievable, food & drink quality have taken a nose dive. It was not even busy, so I am really wondering what happened. We were in there around 1:00 for lunch this past Saturday for 4 people. 4 slices of Pizza, one order of wings and 4 drinks…77.00!!! Each of our slices of Pizza had about 2⁄3 of the crust burnt, the wings weren’t even hot like we have enjoyed for years and seemed like a lesser quantity than usual. Do not order a Margarita here either…$ 9.00 ea for maybe 2⁄3 cup serving. and no ice. We did not complain as we didn’t want to dampen the start of our fun weekend, and surprised as I am to say this, I don’t think we will be back.

Definitely overpriced but I love how late they’re open. They also have some of the best wings in town. Stop by on Wednesdays around 9 for some free bingo and a must when on the Wine Walk. They get slammed on weekends so definitely call ahead.

I’ve been slightly obsessed with Noble Pie lately. I’ve always loved their pizza. It’s on point. You can get it by the slice, or get a whole pie. They have pretty fancy toppings, and things that I would never normally try, but all of the flavors mashed together work! They offer a gluten free pizza, which is delicious. The crust holds up and has amazing flavor. I think that Noble Pie has the best wing sauce I’ve ever had. I may or may not have a stash at home. I’m hoping in the near future that they will bottle the sauce. A great suggestion: the wing sauce is hot! I always order my wings naked with the sauce on the side. That way I can control how much sauce is on each wing. It’s so good this way!!! Brunch on the weekends is a can’t miss time! Breakfast Pie’s, Mimosa’s and Bloody Mary bar. Good times! Noble Pie is also opening up a 2nd location! Across from Death and Taxes!

Loved the selection of unique topping combinations and the pie was great too, big slices! Will be back anytime I’m in Reno.

I live in Reno but work in NYC. This is the closest thing to real NY pizza. In a city this big, it’s sad to say that there is only one good pizza place, but it’s true and this is it. The pizza is always fresh, big and tasty. The wings are great too and an ample selection of beer and beverages. You cannot go wrong here.

Pizza, YUM. Garlic knots, OK. I thought the prices for pizza here was steep for what you get. The restaurant itself wasn’t very appealing, and the cleanliness of the place was a bit questionable. We ordered the Noble, and I customized a vegetarian pizza for my sister and I. I loved the crust for the pizza! It was perfect since it wasn’t too chewy at all. The toppings were fresh and I enjoyed my pizza a lot! The garlic knots were okay, but the garlic-ness was a bit light for my liking. You can probably skip the knots. I thought it was pretty stingy of them to charge 25 cents for ranch, but they had hot sauces and what not out for the customers to use freely. Weird. Overall, great pizza, but just a little wary about the pricing… Edit: why they charge for ranch V

I have RAVED about this place to my family and friends for the last three years. I finally get my sister in here last Saturday night/Sunday morning around 2am. We ordered the wings and the white girl pizza. The wings were burned completely and the green onions they usually scatter over the top of the wings were cut in giant pieces, which make them completely not edible. The pizza still had frozen peas on it and was not cooked entirely. I was completely embarrassed with my sister, as once again, have raved about this place for so long. I don’t know what has happened to this place and calling it an «off night» is not a excuse I will entertain, I will never be back. I am still so pissed off about this. I will post pics of the food shortly.

I’m about to make a bold statement but stay with me. The gluten free crust is AMAZING. Seriously, I like it better than the regular crust. I am not a gluten free nut, and I don’t have to eat that way but every now and then I think«why not, let’s try that sh*t» and it turns out great. This was one of those times. Doesn’t matter what toppings you choose, I’ve switched it up often and I’ve always been happy. My current favourite is the PB&J — pineapple, basil, and jalapeño. Whoever came up with this combination is a genius. Also. The Fries. Seriously tasty and that sauce that comes with them? Shut the front-so good. The downsides are kind of biggies. The prices are high for pizza and the service is meh. I pretty much just get take-out. If you opt to dine in there is generally a loud crowd and a wait and trying to flag someone down to help you is kind of miserable and actually pretty funny when you consider that the space behind the counter/bar is so small. If you call and order you can just show up and get the yummies!

Haven’t had the chance to try the pizza yet but I was craving some chicken wings one day in Reno and found this gem! I ordered a lb Togo and let me tell you their wings are Bomb AF! They have a house sauce that is the perfect spice and they top with garlic, I murdered em!

This place is an awesome local hide out! Looking for an alternative to my usual Sunday brunches haunts, I went to my trusty Unilocal App to see what was in store for me. Enchanted by the idea of brunch pizzas, all you can drink mimosas, and a Bloody Mary bar, I was«all in!» As we arrive, I was slightly taken aback. Noble Pie is basically in a gated off portion of the lobby of a not so great motel in downtown. I look over at my extraordinarily patient husband and he read the look on my face, I don’t know if it was his extreme hunger or desire not to find new parking, but he loving says«suck it up buttercup» and pushed me through the front door. I am super glad he did!!! Inside is a quaint pizza place with a great beer selection and a unique take on pies. While I wasn’t adventurous enough to try a pizza with eggs on it(still don’t like eggs!) we did get an amazing pizza, pesto chips, and all you can drink mimosas for two hours. The bartender was so great she even made mine with cranberry juice instead of orange. We grabbed the big couches up front, watched football, and hung out with our friends just like we were at home, only with better food, better service, and no kids! I almost hate reviewing this place because I want to be selfish and keep it to myself, alas I like it too much and must share so people will get past the view from outside.

Hands down, best chicken wings in Reno! They come topped with a bunch of chopped fresh garlic! I love that they take the extra time to clean their work surfaces when you request gluten free wings or pizza. The service is generally good, though the more picky/pretentious crowd will want to avoid coming here on a Friday/Saturday night as it gets packed and can be a bit of a fuster cluck. However, I think they still do a damn good job for how busy it gets! This is my go-to place for good pizza and wings… and I LOVE that they’re open until 5am!

This place is a cool hangout and good if you like the plain pie crust type. Its get your own and order your own when you come in. The water came out of a 5 gallon bucket with no ice. This bucket is questionable. The ingredients are fresh, but the flavor wasn’t there for us. We ordered the large white boy pizza for $ 22.99. It came with sun dried tomatoes, asparagus, chicken and white sauce. We couldn’t taste the flavor for the sauce or chicken and don’t really understand where the 5 stars come from. The garlic knots for $ 3.99 were hard on the outside and were ok, but not really our style. The place has good music and a college vibe, but no flavor. The prices aren’t bad, but it’s «mind bottling» where the 5 stars come from.

UPDATED: I was contacted by one of the owners less than 12 hours after I wrote this review. It was a very kind and thoughtful message and explained to me why I may not have liked their pizza and how he had addressed the customer service concerns. That is really impressive to me so I am boosting them up a star and will definitely give them another try. Completely floored that this place got the best pizza in the RNR best of 2015. Yesterday was my first visit and will more than likely be my last for pizza. I do want to go back and try a strombolli. Those sound pretty amazing. One thing about this place is that it is LOUD. I don’t mind busy loud places but something about the layout or the décor that just makes the sound boom in there. We walked in and had no idea what to do. Do we wait to be seated? Pick our own seat? No one greets you which is a pet peeve of mine. I get that is is laid back and super casual but honestly it is a bit too casual. We pick out a table and sit down. There was a drink list on the table and that was it. No menu or anything. So I have to look around and see that some of the other tables have menus on them. We look over the menu. It has a weird layout and it confusing trying to figure out if stuff is a strombolli or a pizza. We picked out what we wanted and figured out that we must have to order at the counter. I get up there and start my order and the girl tells me that I am ordering strombolli and not pizza. GAH!!! So I go back and we have to make a new decision. I get back up and go to the counter. The servers are so nonchalant about getting your order taken that it is really annoying. They will start your order and then go fill a beer. Then come back and then start talking to another employee. I wanted to yell«SQUIRREL!!!» The wings were pretty good. The sauce was great and I loved the chopped garlic. They were very original tasting and I would highly recommend them. The ranch was pretty good as well. The beer and the wine were good. The pizza was decent. It was good, but far from mind blowing… not even close. The crust is crisp and tasty. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. I don’t think I would ever make this place a favorite or a «go-to» spot for pizza. I would recommend South Creek or Grimaldis before this place. Anyhow, I do hope the service gets a little better. I get the casual vibe and all, but the IDGAF vibe kinda sucks.

I’m beginning to believe all this talk about Noble Pie having the best wings in town and here’s why… Flavor! The combination of whatever is in that spicy and savory sauce is sensational and truly unique, and add in the fresh garlic and green onion, and a sink in the homemade ranch, and you’ve got the perfect bite. Usually I gripe about wings that lack the exterior crunch, and even with these I yearn for it, but for some reason I’m willing to set that aside with these. There’s something about the tenderness of the wings that make them oh so special! On a recent visit I learned a PROTIP from a friend that I won’t miss out on next time! You can order your wings EXTRACRISPY, and from the looks of those that arrived to her, that’s what I’ve been missing the whole time. I snagged a half pound order of wings, which was about 6 of em, and a small house salad with their sweet basil vinaigrette, and that was one helluva lunch! For about $ 13 incl tax and tip, Id call that a score any day of the week!
