I had my first visit with Dr. Lighthouse yesterday, and what a pleasure it was. The eye exam was extremely thorough and efficient, all of the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I was in and out of there in no time with a snazzy new pair of specs and a clean bill of ocular health. BOOM!

I have been going to Dr. Lighthouse for more years than I can remember. I do not feel comfortable with any other optometrist. Not only is she extremely smart, courteous, and highly personable, but she has a very professional appearance. I ended up getting Visian ICL eye surgery which is implanted contact lenses with Dr. Chang in Reno. Dr. Lighthouse is extremely versed in this surgery and corresponds with Dr. Chang to coordinate care. I would never hesitate to recommend Dr. Lighthouse.

Dr Lighthouse is awesome. She allows me to bring in my 6 year old to get his exam at the same time as I get mine, she is so patient and thorough. He loves going to her office and is always comfortable going to the eye «DOCTOR». I appreciate the staff and how friendly and efficient they are. They take care of everything with our insurance we really don’t have to do anything. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. (And we have in the past). I refer everyone to Dr Lighthouse. She is great for Kids and Adults. I like how her staff has always helped me pick the right frames, they are the experts. Dr Lighthouse and her staff are perfect for the whole family.

Dr. Lighthouse is very thorough in conducting her eye exams. Service of the staff is friendly and prompt. Orders on glasses and contacts arrive promptly, and staff takes time with the customer to ensure proper fittings. The one thing that would improve this office is a wider selection of frames. They have hundreds of frames from which to choose — but I guess I’ve gotten spoiled by Lenscrafters and others with a much larger frame selection.
