Chill place to live. Management is really cool and understanding. Applications get processed quickly. Ice cream man comes by the neighborhood pretty much everyday if you feel like grabbing a snack. The maintenance guy lives on the grounds and seems to always be accessible if you get locked out of your house or something breaks down. Assigned parking stall for each unit. Only thing that kinda disagrees with me is the fact that the laundry room closes at 7pm. That time doesn’t always agree with my work schedule but I make it work.

If you’re looking to move into a new place I would highly suggest you to NOT to move here. Specially if you have any pets or kids. First when I moved here, the townhome seemed okay at first glance but as the first 4 days when by I noticed none of the doors but the bedroom and front door locked. The front door was so poorly placed that my key broke, I also wrote all this little things that were wrong with the town home as she told me, she’ll have someone fix them later. It’s been almost a year and NONE of the stuff has been fix nor even looked at. The heater broke and not only was the office lady RUDE but it took them several days to even fix it. Note this was during the winter and it was freezing hence the paper thin windows they have also rack up the energy bill since the cold air creeps in. Second the neighbors are awful they will complain about any little noise. Keep in mind I’m a very quite person so that’s shocked me a little. So if you have dogs or kids or a baby this will be a horrid place to live. Within the last few months my car has been broken into and has had its license plates stolen. There’s a lot of vandalism and it’s not safe. It also has a lot of black widows and little wood bugs which is terrifying. Overall this place isn’t worth your money nor time to even look at.
