I have ordered from this location multiple times and the service has always been fare. However the day after Christmas the store does not think it’s important enough to staff properly. I waited an hour and 40 minutes for two sandwiches. I called asked them to refire them after their Internet showed it had been sitting there for 45 min. Another 45 minutes went by delivery driver showed up with cold soggy sandwiches and no sorry for the delay here’s an extra breadstick or a liter of soda to make up for it (costs the company pennies) the manager at the store on December 26, 2015 sucks ass.
Ps. I managed a store in san diego and we had our act together for times like this. Customer service people… demand it once again!!!

Loved the experience at this location! My last experience at a different location was so bad that corporate sent us a voucher to make up for it. I’ve been holding on to the voucher, not even sure if I wanted to go there again. Finally I gave in and tried this Domino’s. So glad that I did. The food was great, the employees were very friendly and fast. Will definitely be ruturning!

Dominos online ordering is awesome. It tracks the progress of your order and seems to be fairly accurate. Delivery is super fast, and the food has been really good every time!

Pizza that arrived was not what I ordered, cut in little pieces and a big mess in the box. Had tip in my had but when driver told me he cut it himself the tip went back in my pocket. Now I know why I usually get my pizza’s from Papa Murphy’s. Won’t be going back to Domino’s

Let me just start by saying my food was delicious — however Dominos lost major stars when your delivery driver shows up without utensils, napkins, and then when I give him a $ 20 for a $ 16 order he pockets my money and offers me no change and proceeds to turn and walk away. Then when I ask for my change, he says «how much?» I’m sorry, but YOU don’t decide how much or even IF you get a tip! The customer does. Dude has a pair I’ll give him that.

I usually order about once a week using the Dominos app and I like the convenience of it. The tracker feature makes it easy to tell When to expect my order. My pizza it is always delivered promptly. Amber and her team consistently make my order to perfection. Thanks to Amber and the team keep up the good work!

Ordered online and never received the order when we called they said that they couldn’t find our address. They never called to check with us. and on top of that we paid with a credit card and they had already charged us for the pizza. they seemed to have no intention on crediting us back.

This was my first time coming to this Dominos location. I have a lot of respect for the workers and their hustle. What I didn’t particularly appreciate is that I was told my order would be done within 10 – 15 minutes. I was constantly looked at by the employees so they knew I was present and after 40 minutes I finally walked up to the counter to find out my order had been finished and just sitting off to the side getting cold. The employees could have asked my name and/​or what my order was to verify if my order was done or not.
Part of my order was boneless chicken wings so I could take them to work with me tomorrow and I received what I’m assuming are Parmesan cheese bites. I probably wouldn’t mind had of not also ordered stuffed cheese bread.
Needless to say I’m not entirely satisfied with the establishment and my order but respect how hard the employees were working.

Always have nothing but great service and the oven baked sandwiches are amazing! My fiancé who HATES places that are not «Mom & Pops» loved the pasta! The pizza tracker is the best feature! Other places need to learn from Dominos with online ordering and tracking!

Horrible service. Always out of food and don’t even bother to call you to change your order. delivery is always late. The place is ran by a bunch of kids and nothing is ever done as it should be. The worst dominoes in the region by far. Place is a joke

I like Dominos and order it frequently in Michigan, but this place took over 1 hour to deliver my pizza, it arrived cold with no explanation offered. I tried to call the store, they would either hang up on me or place me on hold indefintely.

I just love this place! The staff is usually really great and the food is DELICIOUS… Their hot wings are my absolute favorite, with ranch of course — On average, the wings are really decently sized and I LOVE when they are dripping with hot sauce (but normally they just apply an even amount of sauce… oh well, I’ve bought Frank’s Hot Sauce for wings, which I heard is the same kind they use — and tastes the same, so I can always add more). I also love their hand-​tossed pizzas with the new garlic crust. I usually ask them to put the marinara sauce on lightly (which they do) because otherwise it’s too much for my liking. I would seriously eat food from here everyday if I could ;-)

You pay for what you get. I can appreciate their marketing campaigns in the last few years, and it’s great that they are suddenly using natural ingredients but that still makes me bitter to think they didn’t previously. Lame Pizza.

It’s just pizza. I’m not too fond of the garlic, seasoning covered crust since their recipe change, as it’s really quite a mess on your hands, but I do know some others that like it… hmmm, not for me.
We tried the deep-​dish style this week with pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives, and my wife and I both were sick from it: the olives tasted metalic and old, and it just ruined the whole thing.
This Dominos location has always done well with «crispy bacon» and mushroom. The mushrooms are fresh and the bacon is real and not bacos. The cheese steak and buffalo chicken pizzas are decent, too, and I’ve always been a fan of those pricey chicken kickers.
The oven fresh sandwiches are typically decent prepared on 10″ long cibata rolls, but once I found a long black hair within, yuk.
Oh, and don’t let them sell you a 6-​pack of soda, because they don’t really have that item – they only have 2 liter bottles, but for whatever reason the 6-​packs are in their POS menu.

We took a chance and ordered from here again, same thing as last time and I’m happy to report that they’ve knocked it out of the park again! There was zero waiting for them to take our order, and even though they said 30 minutes until delivery I really don’t think it was that long. I ordered then gave my son a bath, and by the time he was dressed they were knocking on the door!
The ONLY reason I didn’t give them 5 stars this time, is because we did ask that they not put the oregano on our Hawaiian pizza this time, and my boyfriend said they did put it on his pizza.
