I added this business just so I could write a review for Dr. Julie K Thomas. I’ve seen her for about 5 or 6 years and she’s amazing.
She is so thorough and will sit in the room with you for an hour talking over any questions you have about medications, blood tests or the symptoms you have.
Her assistant, Lisa, is the best medical assistant I’ve ever dealt with and is really personable. There was an instance where I needed to talk with my doctor as soon as possible even though it was close to 5 on a Friday and Lisa took a detailed message and then Dr Thomas called me back around 6 that night even though they were closed.
She is such a nice doctor and really gentle as well. Highly recommend her :)

We were leery about establishing a relationship with this practice after reading the previous 2 reviews. Happy that are experience was very different. We met with Dr. P. Reddy and were extremely satisfied with his services and time spent with us as new patients. Dr. Reddy is young and acknowledged not as experienced as his older colleagues but he was very thorough in his exam and follow up questions.

I had the same experience as Tim S., however they did assign me to another doctor on the same day as my original appt. I saw Dr. Christopher Scully, who assured me that no matter what, he would help me. Even if we were unable to pinpoint a diagnosis he said he would treat my symptoms to help improve my quality of life. However, when my test results came back he stated he no longer wanted to see me, even though he stated that the tests basically mean nothing-​I guess I wasn’t «sick» enough for him. Don’t waste your time with this practice. I’m still looking for another doctor who actually cares for patients.

If you are a new patient Stay Away. This group approved me, confirmed that they accepted my insurance and I had to schedule an appointment 4 months out to get in. One business day before my appointment I get a call to cancel it because the new doctor they assigned me hasn’t been accepted yet by United Healthcare. They never should have assigned me to a new doctor assuming that he would eventually be accepted and added. When they called they made like it was my responsibility to negotiate on their behalf with my insurance company to get their doctor approved. There was no ownership of this mistake. They took no responsibility and made no effort to get me in with one of the various other doctors that are covered by my insurance because they are all simply too busy.
Thanks Laura for nothing! Obviously my health needs are not important. I’ll look for another doctor to take on the horribly complicated responsibility of actually seeing me.
