It was the end of the day… way end of the day, and I needed an iced coffee fix. This was in fact my first coffee of they day so I was past due on the caffeine scale. The first thing that should have told me something was wrong, the parking lot had spots. Never during the sunshine hours is getting a spot possible. You have better chances of hitting the lotto, any way, I walked in and there is that nasty overflowing garbage can which continues to gross me out. Spills and garbage everywhere, and there are two cans. Cannot someone take out the freakin garbage at this place. I ordered my standard iced coffee and figured hey, I’ll have a donut… oh no is there some sort of donut shortage or something that I was not aware of going on here. I swear if you put all of the one off donuts together here in a little donut kumbaya, they might have made two trays. In my mind, that’s no donuts in a DD store. Anyway, I was in serious need of something sweet, and although my rear needs something sweet about as much as a squirrel need a tutu, desperate times call for desperate measures. Oh hell yes, I want one of those stale, I don’t know how long that’s been up there donuts. Not until I was driving did I find out how stale and crunchy my Boston cream donut really was. It’s funny that Unilocal just tried to spell check Boston cream to Boston crime. I have to agree with Unilocal, selling this was a crime and I was officially robbed via the Boston Crime donut. Iced coffee also subpar as I needed to ask for extra cream just to make it drinkable. Call crime scene cleanup as this may get ugly later.

BESTFREAKIN’ DUNKINDONUTSEVER! I got fresh donuts AND fresh coffee at night! The staff was friendly, and did not judge my love for donuts. Late night working group of people, and three boxes of donuts later, we’re all good, Everything was good, box o’ Joe was good, No complaints from any of us.

I don’t understand why there are such low ratings for this Dunkin Donuts. Honestly, this Dunkin Donuts is one of the best I’ve been to. Now, I’m not saying that DD makes the best coffee cause there are endless amounts of coffee shops who make it better but theirs is definitely at least decent at least by DD standards. The cashier in the morning understands the rush so do not stand in line not knowing what you want. I feel like the food is fresh, everything comes and goes pretty quickly. The French roll with the cheese and bacon and special sauce is my favorite. Drinkswise, I have so much love for their ice coffee. The ice cream is good too, they give you relatively big scoops. And the lady who usually works over there is so sweet. Great customer service. On certain nights when you come in you’ll find entire families there, having ice cream with their kids after dinner. It’s actually really sweet to witness. I would say this is one of the noisier DD’s because there’s so much traffic going in and out but I’ve still seen college kids park themselves somewhere and studying away, so it’s definitely possible!

Desperate times call for desperate measures and as much as I can muster up some level of acceptance when needed, I just can not anymore with regard to D & D. Twice in my last three visits they got my order wrong. Perhaps I should have had a watchful eye on the preparation of my «medium black coffee, no sugar» but I did not. One sip and I was completely sure not even in desperate times will I enter a D & D. The coffee when the get the order right tastes like a sweet soapy byproduct. uuugh.

This Dunkin is very close to home. I can walk and when driving its a perfect location. Parking lot is small! The seating area is pretty big and I must agree with previous reviews there is always at least one unique character just sitting there with tons of napkins and a small black coffee.(Its not me. I promise) The lines move quickly — sometimes too quick. The staff is set on never seeing people sit around so there is a lot going on behind the counter. Donuts are fresh and always have a good variety — ALLDAY long! I am giving this location 3 stars because it is in desperate need of a face lift. The set up and décor is OLD! Get with it! I won’t stop going here because of it but seriously they make $ at this location — invest in your shop. With that… I’m out. Dunkin see you tomorrow morning!

D & D in Rego Park is pretty nasty. Not clean. Cleanliness is the most important thing, but employees here don’t wear gloves all the time. The glazed donuts are ok and the ice cream is OK in small portions. There’s a Baskin Robbins here and thats the best thing about the place — chocolate ice cream cake. I buy that for my birthday.

Had the cute little heart shaped valentine day ice cream cake from this location, which has a Baskin Robbins counter. Everyone who ate from the cake got deathly ill that same night, and that was the only food we all had in common that day. Anyone else have the same experience?

I’m always baffled when a Dunkin Donuts has unpredictable quality coffee. isn’t that the point of standardization? the coffee here trends towards mediocre; I’ve had good coffee here once or twice but that was it. I only swing by if I’m driving nearby and realize I need caffeine STAT. it’s got plenty of seating, but I’ve never seen it filled… even in the summer with the Baskin Robbins attached and all the annoying teenagers out from school! the parking lot is small and awkward to manuever into/outta. and it’s on the über-busy intersection of 63rd and Woodhaven. good luck. as Lana says on Archer…“NNNNOOOOOOPE!”

Donuts seem fresh and coffee is decent. Doughnuts and Coffee pricing is a bit up there only few cents away from Starbucks so I wouldn’t call it a bargain. Ice cream has a big selection but is verrrry pricey. Place has a decent amount of seating which is good just as long as you don’t get stuck with the halter topped teeny boopers from neighborhood taking up all the seats. You’d be better off coming on foot to this location because in the evening hours sometimes the guido car show gathers in the parking lot.

I drink the coffee at D&D, but I know it’s really not that good. But, I’m willing to settle, when there is not a better choice close by. So, I do find myself at this D&D, a few times a month. I’m not a big fan of their donoughts, except their glazed. I am pretty sure, that the doughts are made on premise in this location. So, when I do get a single munchkin or donough, it’s fresh tasting. This is a larger sized D&D, so they have the room for their own bakery. The smaller lcoations, I know get their donoughts delivered. It gets busy, here during the AM and Early afternoon hours. But, the line moves quickly. There is a large seatng area, and there usually is atleast one strange character here at all times… But, I rate this D&D, three stars… But, I’m only comparing it to other D&D’s… So, for the freshER donoughts, quick service, & seating area, I’ll stay at three stars

The good: — 2 blocks from where I live — not as pricey as Starbucks — fairly clean — menu is expanding as I type this — there is a parking lot for those lazy days The bad: — coffee not so great — lines are long The ugly: –Rachel Ray is now their spokesperson… just for that I should ding you a star. All in all, this location happens to be bigger than most found in the NYC metro area. The ladies are usually very nice when it’s not chaos in there and their donuts seem to please most people. Baskin Robbins is also connected to this chain so anyone can satisfy that ice cream urge can do so very easily… Rachel Ray has to go – then people may take you more seriously.

4 stars for the French Vanilla coffee alone! This location is a larger Dunkin’ store, and has its own parking lot, although small. And, get this… they have a good size ice cream section here. Well, at least for the typical Dunkin’ Donuts shop. I’m not fond of donuts, but the Dunkin’ Donuts brand coffee is great. It’s reportedly a better grade coffee than Starbucks, but without the«Bigbucks» price. They just have to do something with the name to make it more marketable. I mean«Dunkin’ Donuts» brand coffee just isn’t too appealing to the coffee connoisseur crowd.
