Every single morning, there is a guy sleeping on the counter facing the street. He usually has a bag of bread, pie, etc. He is definitely exceeding the 15 minute food consumption rule. This DD doesn’t have a public bathroom, so I am left to assume he urinates in his pants as do many of the homeless people in nyc. Only once have I seen an employee try to get him to leave, but he never does. I am completely grossed out by this and have quit going here.

Terrible terrible awful service. When I walked in there was only one person on duty. He was taking care of the food orders and cashier responsibility. Which means there wasn’t anyone handling the ice cream bar area. I had to wait until everyone online was done, which wasn’t even fair since I was the second person on line! After ten minutes the person addressed me and didn’t know what flavor the cake was. Had to ask the manager who was in the back. She could have come out to help. Then I had a message to be written and she wrapped up the cake before I could see it. Before I paid i insisted that I see the message first and she begrudgingly opened the cake for me. In total I spent 23 $ and 25 minutes waiting for the cake. Terrible service. Do not visit. And when you walk out of the store you will smell like Dunkin Donuts from head to toe. Pretty disgusting.

a larger variety of donuts and more space are really all this DD has going for it. that, and it’s closer to the Mobil station. the coffee is mediocre by Dunkin standards. «but Mike, are you really gonna review every Dunkin Donuts in Queens?» «you’ll get my five-fingered review across your face if you ask me that one more time.»
