Love this place and will be back… It has been renovated, very clean rooms… Staff was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable, and quite place … we were on the 1^st floor. You can hear silver dollar city train horn every once in a while… Very relaxing

Man at the counter was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the beds were very soft and comfy. In room coffee — yeah (a must)!! The rooms were also very quiet. The room next to ours had several children (very loud children in the hallway, but we could not hear them in the room at all. that is pretty rare. Will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here — the hotel is clean and well maintained with friendly staff.
The complimentary breakfast here is amazing — they had the best complimentary breakfast I have had at a hotel. They have a great selection and the warm food products were not just heated up in a microwave like at many places — they actually heat everything up using a stove/​griddle in the full kitchen. Also — they have gluten-​free options for people who are gluten-​intolerant, VERY impressive!

Would really like to see them upgrade this facility to a Best Western plus and put the time, money, and effort into improving the property. It could easily be the premier Silver Dollar City resort hotel… They just have to want to.

I arrived at Best Western on a Sunday night, and was greeted by a friendly fellow who gave me some insight on the area. I appreciated that.
I have been here for four days and I have lots of good things to say. The pool was very large and nice, the hot tub was the same. The free breakfast has been filling. The cleaning staff are very proficient and do a great job. The cost was low enough for me as well, and I am pretty cheap. The halls are kept clean, the parking lot was ample and the staff are all friendly. This has really been a pleasant experience.
The only complaint is they have no fitness center. All I really needed was an elliptical running machine. I was forced to do some trail running instead, but while trail running I twisted my ankle, which is not Best Western’s fault, but that still kinda sucks. :(The internet is also weak on the elevator side of the building, my connection was hit or miss.
If they had a fitness center they would have gotten five stars, maybe next time.
