Came here on Sept, 10, 2015 @ 11:15 am to get some blood work done. Awesome young lady was very nice. I was in and out within 6 minutes. She found my vein quickly. Professional Phlebotomist! No lollipop tho, lol.

There was absolutely no wait. The place isn’t as clean as I would hope and furniture pretty ragged for a lab. Staff are generally friendly although a woman came in for a standing order and was told she had to go to a new location in Palo Alto.

This company deserves to go out of business. I have no problem with their laboratory services — it’s usually quick and efficient. However, their billing department is completely incompetent. I have had the same simple blood test drawn about 10 times now — it is always the same test, with the same doctor’s requisition. And EVERY TIME the bill is different. Once they billed it as a vision test. Another time they billed it as an infertility test. Another time they billed it as an «unlisted special service».
When I call them about the error, they always INSIST that it is not their fault — it is my doctor’s fault, it is my insurance company’s fault — it is anyone’s but their fault. And they send me off on a wild goosehunt contacting other companies that have not done anything wrong. But it in the end, it is always their fault. Every time.
To get the bills resolved, I have had to contact the Better Business Bureau twice to intervene on my behalf.
It is completely unacceptable to force customers to spend hours on the phone trying to sort out bills that are billed incorrectly, while continuing to insist that it is other people’s fault. They will not continue to be a viable business if they cannot fix this.

We came from Palo Alto to the Redwood City location and got there at noon, just when she was closing for lunch. It is Lab Corp’s policy to close at noon and they are strict about it but the Phlebotomist heard we had an urgent situation and she helped us anyway. She couldn’t have been nicer! This place rocks! Thank you to the kind woman who helped us today… you know who you are ;-). Plus, she’s sooo good, you won’t feel a thing.

Clean and decent. Didn’t think much of it until I had to go to one in sunnyvale and realized how nice /​clean this one was in comparison!

This location has RE-​OPENED. It is not closed. Currently it is sparsely furnished, but the lab tech is really nice and careful. I’m glad they decided to re-​open this location. Before I had to trek down to Palo Alto or up to San Mateo. This is much more convenient.

Found facility to be prompt, clean and efficient. I was in and out quickly.
