Arteaga’s Bakery

I love the bread they have! The pan dulce really does give you the taste that most bakeries might now offer. It’s fresh and warm! The workers are really nice. The only down side I would say is that the actual backery is located all the way behind the store — some might not even notice that there is one. There is also a dominated race that go to this market/​backery, but that does not bother me.
The lady that attended me only spoke Spanish but I really was not bothered from that. She was very patient and informative when I was choosing my pan dulce. It’s not expensive to buy your pan dulce here either! They also offer a «Rosca de Reyes» which is a pan that’s celebrated during the Biblical Magi which I found really interesting! If your looking for some pan or even cakes, cause they offer it here for parties or any type of celebration, then I recommend this bakery.

The best pan dulce ever!!! Soft, fresh, practically melts in your mouth, and it’s sooo affordable also. I often come here early in the morning and buy pan dulce to share with my co-​workers.

This place is fantastic! I have an obsession with Mexican Hot Chocolate and my BF said that the pan bread is amazing. Sure is! OMG, I have no idea what he says when he orders them (in spanish) but he always picks the best ones =) I like the pink flat bread, the yellow one and then there’s these mini ones that are white that’s fantastic with the hot chocolate! Yumm!
