All Star Karate Center

I cannot emphasize enough how positive All Star Karate is. My children have been attending for 5 years and have learned teamwork, strong work ethics, character, perseverance, and the ability to believe in themselves. This has been by far the most comprehensive sport my children have ever participated in. It is not punitive but wholly encouraging and develops self-​esteem and the yearning to achieve. I am an adult and I participate too with many other adults. Come and see for yourself what you and your family have been missing! There are siblings and parents and children that attend and have so for many years. Hi-​ya!

Wow, I don’t know what Martial Arts that «RS» review was talking about but it is NOT All Star! First off, Mr. Kane is an 8^th degree black belt (he was also inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame the same time as Jackie Chan). Mrs. Kane is a 5^th degree. This is not why my kids train here; we went off passionate recommendations. I found out their accomplishments many years later. My kids, myself, my friends’ kids, and strangers who are now team members have learned nothing but top-​notch skills from All Star! Fundamentals and Safety are a priority. Each week is a different theme; «dedication,» «commitment,» «determination,» «teamwork» etc. All life skills oriented. My child was once very shy and lacked confidence-​has blossomed thanks to the Kane’s and their well-​trained instructors! She is able to actively converse with adults and is an active participant in class discussions. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and perseverance. I also know if she were attacked, she would hands down be able to protect herself. You EARN your belt stripes. You cannot «buy» your black belt here! You are not awarded to the next level of belt unless you train for it-​All Star takes pride in their students; they don’t give up on them; however, hard work is what it takes. They will motivate and push each person individually. The training is state of the art and they constantly study and teach up to date techniques. Their adult classes also include many teens and young adults but it is not intimidating. It is empowering! This is why clients come from all over the peninsula and are dedicated for years to studying under these professional and phenomenal instructors! It is a privilege to train under them!

All Star instructors are simply terrific! This is a studio that teaches integrity, discipline, honesty, commitment, teamwork and tenacity. Invaluable real-​world life lessons. No such thing as entitlement taught here. You are taught to work hard to achieve your goals. The high energy, safe and warm environment have kept families here for years. Feels like family. Thanks to the owners and instructors for teaching and living by example.

The staff here is truly amazing. They keep the kids confidence up, teach about respect, and motivate them with positivity.
