I went in to see if they had a protein smoothie because I was on my way to a workout. The gentleman at the register said they have protein powder and could make me the strawberry banana smoothie with/protein powder. That was fine with me. He pulled out a grande cup; I asked if he could charge me for a Venti, he had to go to the back to the manager to ask if they could do that because they only come in one size. The manager said no. Seriously? You’re denying service which in turn would only make you more money? Ridiculous. I walked out and didn’t purchase anything. I’d rather spend my money where it’s wanted.

oh god, my frappaccuino took like 15 – 20 min even though 2 people were in front of me. I think the big guy was new and he just stood there lost. I was in a rush because the movie was about to start. the guy gave up and the cashier took over

Since this Starbucks is located inside the Southbay Galleria it’s a bit different than most. It’s a little small but really perfect for a quick stop while shopping. On this visit they made me a GREAT carmel Frapachinno! Here’s the Starbucks Checklist: Baristas are friendly. Line is typically short, at least when I go. No drive thru of course. Plenty of parking. Only 5 tables inside and no outside area. Store cleanliness = A Bathroom cleanliness = No bathrooms If you are looking for a bigger Starbucks where you can hang out there is one directly across the street, corner of Artesia & Hawthorne, that’s open till midnight.

This starbucks location is located inside Southbay Galleria. It’s just good ol’ Starbucks you see almost everywhere nowadays. It’s pretty small if you ask me. I think I have only seen 4 – 5 tables in here. It’s kind of understandable because people walk in and out of here after getting their drinks while shopping. Some people want to sit down and rest but there may not be any empty tables available. It seems like it is occupied every time I visit. Baristas are very kind I must say. But they are not perfect! I recently treated myself a frappuccino with no whip and they put whip cream on it and I asked no whip, she says its written on the cup but she forgot. Um yeah. Anyway, there is always at least 2 – 3 people working and it wont take long to get your drinks. No restroom in this starbucks. Go find it outside in the mall.

Located across from the Red Robin on the Nordstrom side of the mall. This location either doesn’t trust their clientele or is completely ghetto. The milk is not on the condiment counter but instead, are hidden behind the counter. I know milk prices have gone up, but so have their drink prices. If you’re going to hide the milk, don’t be so tight with giving milk to the paying customer’s drink. Stephen ordered an iced coffee and there was hardly any milk in it. As Stephen called it a «splash» of milk by the barista. Not a fan of this location.

Fabulous service! Came with a treat receipt after shoe shopping at Nordstrom’s and dinner at CPK next door. Totally forgot the coupon was for cold drinks and ordered a hot one… barista said don’t worry we’ll make it work! Thank you barista! Drink was perfectly made. Minus one star for not enough seating.

We pass threw here Sunday after finish shopping for a grande vanilla latte $ 4 and a grande chi-tea latte $ 4 plus 30cent more for Soy milk. We had two people in front of us and I’m glad they had two friendly cashiers since we did have a couple of people behind us. We pick up our drinks which where delicious but notice the barista wasn’t happy to be there, she didn’t greed us nor smile. Also the place needed to be clean! Tips: There is indoor seating but limited to about 5 tables and no outdoor seating. This location is inside the mall by the entrance on the Red Robin side.

Went to the Galleria with my family just to walk around and after being there for awhile we went here to order a Ice coffee, a regular hot coffee, and a Java chip mocha frapp w/peppermint(Delicious! Btw.) In all, I had a great experience at this location and was satisfied with our beverages :).

Similar to most Starbucks. Sometimes gets quite busy due to being inside a mall. The baristas are friendly enough… the appeal of this Starbucks is getting a coffee fix while shopping.

This Starbucks is alright. The employees are friendly but they do tend to chit chat a lot, especially before helping a customer out. The times I’ve been here I’ve always gotten ok service, just that many times I think the cashier is talking to me when in reality he/she is talking to his/her coworker. I always see new faces behind the counter so it’s obvious that some of these people aren’t doing their job correctly! Less chit chatting and more customer service please.

This is probably the worst Starbucks out there! I stopped in last night after dinner at Red Robin. There were three girls working. The young lady in front of me asked for iced coffee. She was told that they were out of iced coffee, but she could get an iced Americano instead. When it was our turn, my mom asked for a decaf drip. They were out of decaf coffee and offered her an Americano. She got a decaf latte instead. It took ten minutes for our drinks to be made. The barrista kept saying that the shots were bad. Having managed a coffee house, I knew what she meant. However, she didn’t adjust the grind before pulling more shots. In fact, she wasn’t even pulling shots! She was too busy chatting with the other employees. We finally got our drinks. I tried to put Sweet N Low in my drink but the condiment bar didn’t have any. I asked the barista for some. They were all out, despite there being another Starbucks across the street. She lectured me about how the ingredients in Sweet N Low cause cancer and even if they had some in stock, she would ask me not to use it. I should also mention that one of the girls was standing in the lobby with a broom. Despite her alleged sweeping, there was trash everywhere. The pickup bar had straw wrappers littered on it. The condiment bar was dirty and not stocked. This is definitely the worst Starbucks experience to date. I’ve managed a Seattle’s Best, which is owned by Starbucks. I know that part of the company’s goal is to provide a consistent experience at each location. This particular location fails miserably.
