I agree with Paul, avoid at all costs, this company is not interested in the good of the renter, they only want the almighty buck. They won’t do what is asked of them upon moving in, (like a decent paint job or touch up of «holidays» etc, but will charge you for it out of your deposit. Fixing things like leaking roofs only when the 9 – 3 handyman is available is bogus at best. They are a rip! Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs! If you are an ‘absentee owner’, they do not do anything in the way of preventative maintenance if it involves spending any of their own time. The epitome of ‘penny wise, dollar foolish’! They will happily let the building fall into disrepair and spare themselves effort and maximize their own profits. The owner of the company is an absolute tyrant who believes that the best way to deal with tenants is to bully them into giving up. She makes vague promises to deal with requests and then simply ignores you. Most of her employees leave as soon as they can find another job because she treats them even worse than the tenants.
