Fred was the property manager for the apartment we lived in Redondo Beach. We had lived in the apartment for over 5+ years and rented from the original owner, who built the building himself!
We had a previous property managment company handing out rent payments and they were not very responsive so I didn’t have high hopes when I found out a new property management company was taking over.
In every interaction I’ve had with Fred, he’s been courteous, professional and responsive. During our move out, we was accomodating to work around our schedules and was right on time.
A pleasure to work with!
