My laptop got a super nasty virus and after going to Unilocal and reading lots of reviews and making several phone calls I decided to go with Chuck. I called after 5pm and left a message expecting to hear back from him the next day. Instead Chuck called 2 minutes later from his son’s baseball game. He asked a few questions and after «diagnosing» my problem we agreed to meet the next morning. Within a couple of hours of leaving my laptop, Chuck called with an update and my laptop was ready the next morning and virus free. Upon meeting and looking at the laptop, I immediately realized the virus erased all my pictures, videos and work documents. Everything was gone, including pictures and videos of my son all the way from the time he was born. I also had a set of pictures of my other son who born sleeping. Needless to say, very valuable and irreplaceable stuff. At this point Chuck said he could take the laptop back to his shop and try to retrieve my files but it would take a few days and there was a possibility he wouldn’t be able to retrieve everything. Of course I agreed and a few days later and some magic on Chuck’s end I have my laptop back and most of my pictures, videos and documents.
Lessons I learned:
1. Always back up everything on the laptop.
2. Call chuck. He is a miracle worker.
So to sum it all up, Chuck is extremely knowledgable, professional, friendly, punctual, a great communicator and his prices are very reasonable. If you have computer issues, Chuck is the one you want to call.

I was introduced to Chuck while working in the office with VOX DJs. Any computer-​related issue we have in the office, whether it’s software, new systems, glitches, you name it — Chuck is our «go to» because not only does he always have a solution, but he makes us feel like a priority.
