these guys have the worse customer service and ethics I’ve ever seen. Don’t leave your computer there, they won’t call you when its ready and if you leave it their and god forbid have a personal emergency they will part it out, sell it and loose all your data, saying their back up system and their back ups back up system failed all at the same time. it cost me 600.00 $ to get a replacement computer and over 9 months to get it straightened out, and they had NO REMORSE. my laptop had a manuscript, 7 years of irreplaceable photos, documents that can’t be replaced. if i could give a negative score i would!

These guys are great! They have lots of computer stuff and supplies, are really helpful, and went above and beyond in customer service. I’m from out of town and needed a simple USB cable for my printer, so I called Freddie’s, who told me they didn’t stock them (?) and I had to go to Bend to get one. Fortunately, I chose not to believe Freddy, and got hooked up at this wonderful indy! Thanks, Computer Shop! (Also you can play Magic there. And they take cards, but prefer cash, fyi.)
