extremely unfriendly ‘no returns policy’ and prices higher than ‘retail’. Bought a present here and then found out the recipient already had another on the way. Parfumerie refused a refund less than 24 hours after the purchase. «We’re a small business,» they said. «You understand.» they assured me. No I must assuredly do not understand why being a small business justifies treating customers badly. Sure, refunds are a drag, but its a cost of doing business. Pushing the cost onto your customers is just a good reason for them to go elsewhere.
Buyer beware. I surely will not be shopping here ever again.

The gal helping me was friendly, fast and funny when helping me. I knew what I wanted which was the new Hugo Boss Pure cologne. She let me smell it on the sample cards and it was the right one. I save $ 7 from here instead of buying it from Nordstorm or any department stores. Perfect size for travelling on an airplane.
Convenient located at the Redmond Town Center on the 2^nd floor. Recommended.
