I usually love this place because Theresa is the best one there. But today I went and a new lady was there and she made my eyebrow the ugliest they have every been. She is a new lady and does not know how to work with thick brows. She also kept persisting that I get my upper lip waxed. I think her name started with an S but not sure. ONLY ASK FOR THERESA
