Jersey Mike’s has the BEST subs period! I get the Original Italian Mike’s way and it is just to die for. I really don’t have anything more to add. When I’m hankering for a sub, Jersey Mike’s is my place to go!

I visited Jersey Mike’s for dinner last night after receiving a free regular sub sandwich coupon from them in the mail. Here are some of the pros and cons of Jersey Mike’s Subs: Pros I received a very friendly welcome upon entering and was catered to as soon as I walked into the store. All of the staff there were very nice and patient with customers. The store was very clean inside. I love the surf/beach-like decorations! They have catering! There’s a rewards program called Shore Points, I always appreciate getting free meals! Bring the kids! Every Saturday and Sunday 11 am — 8 pm they eat free! I am trying to lay off of the soda, so I appreciated the decent-sized water cups here compared to the sample size cups other places might give you. Cons: It was very hot inside on a nice sunny day. The Food — I ordered a regular buffalo chicken cheese steak that wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. I wanted a stronger buffalo flavor, but it was very mild. The Verdict: All-in-all I loved everything, but the taste of why I went there in the first place(the food!). Friends I have talked to haven’t seemed to be impressed with the flavor of the sandwiches either, but everyone has different tastes, so maybe give it a shot!

I would like to acknowledge this specific Jersey Mikes that I frequent for the awesome tuna fish sandwich with bacon! More importantly, however, I must say that this particular store always has excellent and consistent customer service. Whenever I show up the empoyees at this location always greet me upon arrival even when they are busy and I take notice that they make a point to acknowledge every customer upon entering with a greeting. I also appreciate the interaction with the employee taking my order and making my sandwich. It is a pleasant experience when you have an employee genuinely engage with the customer. So kudos to this location of Jersey Mikes for the excellent customer service and great sandwiches! Keep up the outstanding work!

I went here for the first time based off reviews and such. Also because it is close to me. I was not impressed. I was given good service but I have had much better subs. I considered getting something with bacon but I saw it sitting out on a tray and not even covered so that put me off. I have to be very careful right now with food. I got a Philly style one. The meat was okay. The bread lacked flavor and their wheat bread looked like it was 25% whole wheat. The topping options were disappointing especially considering the cost. The lettuce was not fresh looking and turning brown. They had tomatoes, pickles(which had a sweetness to them so no way they were what I consider pure dill). They also had onions, jalapenos, and yellow peppers and some weird sweet relish. I wish they had more variety of veggies that is what I enjoy about sub places. how all the flavor mixes together. My sub came with grilled onions and peppers. That was a joke. For one they put very little of them on and the peppers were sweet jalapenos. I would expect at least some nice fresh bell peppers in the mix. Over all the sub was very disappointing especially at 12 plus dollars. I am not risking it again. I will stick to my favorite place near Pickering barn or perhaps try some of other sub places in town. I suppose if you like bland and simple this is a good place for you but if you like a variety of flavor this place does not cute it. Sure they have fresh meats. which is good but nah. Not coming back.

Jersey mikes . The #17 classic philly, or big kahuna cheese steaks are where to begin. Get a regular unless you feel up to eating a horse. The cold Sandwiches are good too for something a bit lighter. Recommended is the club supreme …& be sure to get that Mikes Way. Blows subway and what became of Quiznos out of the water. More satisfying than jimmy johns unless you’re eating in your cubicle.

Today was the first day that I’ve had jersey mikes. I’m usually not too much of a fan of sandwich shops but I had to pick something up for lunch. and holy Bologna!(Not literally) jersey mikes makes better sandwiches than your side girl ever will. I got the supreme which came with THEBESTCRUNCHYBACON, roast beef, Turkey and if you get it «mikes way» which I highly recommend, it comes with tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and this really really good vinaigrette like oil. You can order online and pick it up within 5 – 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and my sandwich did not come out looking like a huge blob everything mixed it one. Jersey mikes *greater than* Jimmy Johns

I love their subs. The meat and veggies are fresh and plentiful and if you are really into it you can get a giant sub. The service has always been very good at the Redmond location. The AC went out today but the worker didn’t get crabby as I would have in her place. Get the club!

The food is good, but the inconsistent way the staff handles things makes this a deal breaker for me now. When it gets to the point where customers are close to fighting over the way they handle paying for your food(they often have customers ordering hot subs coming up — cutting– to the front to pay while waiting for the sub to be prepared), there is a problem and it is time to address it. Even though the other locations are further away from me now, I’m more likely to visit other locations than this one. During this confrontation the manager, who was at the register did nothing to try to address the problem.

Love the sandwiches, hate the customer service. There hasn’t been one time I’ve been in there without an employee complaining about their job. Never go during the lunch rush. I found it is better to go after work and order a dinner sub and one for lunch the next day if you’re wanting a lunch sandwich and are really in the mood for sandwiches. The sandwiches are fantastic but I wish the employees were a little friendlier.

Three things: 1) TERRIBLE customer service. I went in at lunch time today and two of the three employees working there were completely useless, while the one older gentleman working was doing ALL of the work and apologizing to me for the other employees lack of brains. I felt bad for the poor guy. 2) while some might think it’s cool that they cut the cheese and meats to order, I think it’s disgusting. They cross-contaminate everything by cutting it all on the same meat slicer. Not kosher, literally. 3) I would be willing to forgive crappy customer service for a great meal, but the sub sucked! The bread was dryyy, the roast beef had no flavor, and the veggies weren’t fresh. This was my first and last time eating at jersey mikes, I will be taking my business back to jimmy johns where they have their shit together.

Man, between this place, DERU Market, and Eastside Subs it’s great to finally have some awesome sandwich options nearby! Jersey Mike’s is what I would call a straight up «classic» type sub. Nothing overly fancy, but a nice basic sandwich. I like that they slice the meat and cheese in front of you after you order instead of having it sit around pre-sliced. Sandwiches are pretty good sized. They make a big deal about having it «Mike’s Way» but it just means with lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo, onions(skip that, who wants onions on a sandwich?), oil, and vinegar. So… just like every sandwich ever served basically. Tne thing is they do put a ton of oil and vinegar on; when I was younger I was never gave a rip about oil and vinegar but now I appreciate what it adds to a sammich. Overall a solid choice if you can’t make it to DERU or Eastside Subs or you’re in the mood for a classic sub.

This is our fave fast-food sandwich joint. The ingredients are top-notch(compared to the competition) and it’s just a great sandwich. We live and work nearby, so we pop in fairly regularly and are always greeted in a friendly fashion. Typically, this folks don’t make the fastest sandwich, so don’t come if you are in a particular hurry. But if you want a really TASTY sandwich, this is the place. #2 is my favorite, while my hubby likes the #13. Tip: A mini size is always right for me – in fact, I don’t see anything very«mini» about it.

I love Jersey and I hate this location. It’s been open twice the times I have tried to go. The other times they were fixing broken things. The second time it was actually open they were out of bread because it was too late for them to make more bread. Umm isn’t this a sandwich place. The location in Lynnwood is amazing go there.

I’m sorry but i’m disappointed. No one out here makes a decent Cheesesteak and sorry to say neither does Jersey Mike’s. This is your pretty typical sub shop franchise and there isn’t anything that I can see that differentiates it from any of the others. The food was just ok and the service was fine. the place was clean and they had ESPN on TV. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back here but if I was in the area and in the mood for a sandwich I might stop by.

I will start off by saying that this place is super yummy and that is why I chose to come here on a Friday night. I came in 43 minutes before they closed. Okay granted it was a Friday night and with all the rude young men that work there I expected not so great customer service. But I put that aside and placed my order. My fiancé and myself both ordered the Philly cheese steak sub. Without warning before hand(as in after we placed our order) they informed us that they had JUST cleaned off their grill for the night and it would be a bunch of work to get it ready to cook on. The young man with dark hair asked if we still wanted them to make us our sandwiches and we of course said yes please. As the young man walked off, he told the other worker(chubbier older dude in a hat) what we had said and that we wanted Philly cheese steak subs and the chubbier man actually said«if you want a fuckin hot sub, why don’t you just go to fuckin subway and get it one for $ 5.00»… REALLY?! Oh god forbid you clean your grill FORTYTHREE minutes before the place closes because you want to get off early and go enjoy your Friday night. I was so INCREDIBLYAPPALLED with these guys’ customer service… I love this place and unfortunately will never come back to this Jersey Mike’s now for that reason. Mind you if you had just been polite and made the sandwiches you would have gotten tipped very well being it was 43 minutes before closing. Needless to say I asked the chubby man«excuse me, did you just tell me to fuckin go to subway?!» and promptly walked out. Never again.

Hubby and I love this chain. Once in a blue moon one of us will stare the other in the eye and utter(in a zombie like trance) «jerseeeeeeyyyyy miiiiiiikes», and then about two seconds later we’re in a car pummeling through Microsoft rush hour to get to our sweet sweet #13 Italian sub. I always get the giant Italian sub with the works. No sharing. It’s a good two meals for a girl and one hefty meal for a man. Customer service is okay, no chit chatting which is fine with me cuz I’m not trying to make a new BFF at JM, I’m trying to stuff my face with sub.

Original Italian is my fav. Lots of meat. Other subs are good too. Beats subway any day. Wish they would toast the bread tho.

Well I hate to do this, but I had a really shitty experience to say the least today! The food is awesome as always no issues there, but the super rude attitude of one of the employees made me wanna walk out and never come back again! I dont know the guys name cause I would call him out if I did… Here is what happened… I was waiting in line and it was fairly loud and one of the guys asked what I wanted. I said my order and he said something that I could not understand fully. The guy next to him(skinny dark haired) said something, but I could not hear him clearly. He then spoke up and said«we are out of beef I just told you and I have said it 3 times.» He said this with a major attitude and honestly it really pissed me off! Even one of the customers sitting at a table behind him said«Jesus whats with the attitude». Oh yeah by the way I have hard hearing out of my right ear due to a injury when I was 19… So the comment on «what can you not hear» was highly highly offensive!!! I have one more story from a couple months ago about this place too. My girlfriend and I decided to stop by Jersey Mikes cause we were in the area. I got a Club Supreme and she got a Turkey on White with just lettuce since she is a Plain Jane kinda girl. The guy behind the counter gave her grief when she didn’t want anything else other then Turkey and Lettuce on her sandwich. The guy made her feel like she was doing something wrong… I wonder if there is any decent customer service anymore… THISISMYLASTTRIPTOTHISJERSEYMIKES!

My husband has been wanting to try this place for a long time and we happened to be out and nearby and just wanting a quick bite(noticing that Unilocal had a free cookie offer with purchase didn’t hurt either!). I was impressed to find that they cut the meat to order and I could really taste the flavor of my roast beef. My husband had the Italian Mike’s Way with mayo added and enjoyed it(we both thought the vinegar was a little sweet, but it wasn’t that off-putting). I thought the bread was really fresh too, and they didn’t skimp on the«innards» of the sandwich(lots of cheese and meat as well as produce in both sandwiches). You can get the sandwiches in 3 different sizes: mini(which I should have gotten), regular or large. Because I had the regular(seemingly 8″ or so) and not a mini, my husband had the second half of my sandwich and now he wants to have a «sandwich repair kit» with him when we go to places like this b/c he prefers lots of onions, tomatoes and mayo which I don’t order; that, of course, is no fault of Jersey Mike’s! Why just A-OK? Some of the tables looked kind of dirty and not wiped down(greasy from previous eaters). It wasn’t like it was super busy when we were there(we were the only two people there for a while) so there really wasn’t an excuse. Oh, yes… the music choice here was«interesting» — in one of the rap songs it stated something about being«as American as herpes and hot dogs!» The service was friendly and we were thanked for our business as we left. It’s a bit more out of the way for us to frequent, but if we’re in the area I can see us stopping in again.
