horrible experience. they require a telephone number to cut your hair but somehow i wasn’t in there system from the renton great clips i go to. so whats the use? then the lady could not get my information entered correctly(said she was off today). after that she then had to ask how to cut my hair. she dragged the clippers across my ears every time she came near them OUCH… i wont be back. oh and bring cash there sign said they were low on funds so they need cash. i assume this is because no one goes here.

Sometimes I just want my haircut… especially on my lunch hour. The stylists need to learn to read body language and verbal hints a little better… SHUTUP and just cut my hair. If I want to chat with you… you’ll know.

My cut is really simple and the ladies here do a good job. very friendly, helpful, and they are also efficient at getting through each person so there’s never a long wait. Prices are good and they accept walk-ins.

Very impressed. Not a big fan of salons, but this place was great. There was no wait and my stylist was decent. What i liked the most was that there was no pushy sales talk to buy any hair products from the stylist. I paid $ 16 and was happy with just that!

Got a haircut for $ 16 and shampoo for another $ 5… I can’t complain! I’ve gone here twice and I’ve been satisfied with my haircut both times. There’s a fairly large and open parking lot with plenty of space. The staff is very friendly and don’t need complicated directions or anything– just sit down and let them work their magic and you’ll be feeling and looking great in no time. :)

This use to be a good place for me to get a haircut during lunch or after work — but after observing a stylist using a hand towel on her sweaty hands and arms, she proceeded to apply the same towel to the client’s face. In addition, that it’s unknown if this towel was previously used on another client. This behavior is a total lack of regard for personal standards of hygiene, cleanliness and avoiding cross-contamination of any biochemical-matter from one human to another. Yuck!

I know next to nothing about hair and that can be troublesome when getting haircuts. I’ve been going to the same barber shop down in San Diego for as long as I can remember. I stop in, hello, sit down, how’s it going, they do their thing, and I’m done. There were never questions about how to cut my hair, as if it was already decided since the beginning of time. So after moving to Seattle, I ran into trouble when getting haircuts up here. They started asking questions, you see, tough questions — questions that I didn’t have the answers to. I’ve had haircuts at a few places, but they were less than satisfactory. Then I had a haircut at the Great Clips next to Arby’s and I’ve been going there ever since. They’re pretty great because they can work with minimal instruction and still leave you looking good. There’s also no need for appointments and the wait is pretty short. I can’t be the only one who doesn’t understand the lingo… right?
