I was really hoping to love this place, but it’s consistently just meh. Their skinny fries are awesome, and I will cross the street for their onion rings. Super, super tasty. But the burgers always let me down. They’re bland, and greasy, and I can never taste anything other than lettuce. Wilted, sad lettuce. The chicken sandwiches are ok, but not good enough to merit the price. Stop by for the onion rings and a Cherry Coke, but get your burger elsewhere.

Great place to get a good ol’ American diner-style hamburger, fries, and a drink. Everything appears to be freshly made(not sure on the fries) and the ingredient quality is decent.

Omg my boyfriend and I LOVE this place. His review would just be drool ;) it’s fresh, made to order, and amazing. It is kind of pricey though. Wish they had meals instead of ordering everything separately

This was the worst $ 40 spent on over rated fast food. Terrible service, messed up order, and not so great food.

Came for a late night burger and received an unappealing cheese burger and a horrid oreo shake which after replacing once still have me a taste of stale milk and metal in my mouth. Don’t think I will be coming here again.

I’m on the road most of the work week in the greater Seattle area. Fat Burger is good !! But. .. $ 13.00 + for a Fat Burger w/bacon & cheese, Fat Fries & a drink is on the steep side. Good food & filling. Kid Valley is about $ 10.00 + for the same order.

This what I was looking for a Sunday brunch burger to hold me over till this afternoon. So if you look at it this way I paid $ 10 dollars for two meals. They have good classic selections, clean, fast service, good place to enjoy a homemade burger with atmosphere

Came here for dinner and a bit disappointed. We ordered quickly and got our food to go. Service was nice and friendly and the food came out in a good time. The place was clean and organized. My disappointment comes from my burger. I usually am very happy with the burgers here and it’s out go to place for a great burger. But I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger but there was nothing«wrapped» about it. It was messily put together and the lettuce was literally one lead one each side of my burger patty and accoutrements and that’s it. The picture showed a neatly wrapped in I’m assuming iceberg lettuce and this was far from it. I ended up wearing more of the burger than eating it. Lesson learned here. No lettuce wraps every again. Side note, my husband ordered onion rings and they were under done. We would be happy to wait a little longer for better presented food at the price we are paying. We will be back but maybe stick to buns and fries for now.

I’d heard good things, got ok things. It’s totally acceptable, but there are just way better burger places. Don’t love the ambience, kind of greasy, not as flavorful as I was hoping for. As a result, I drive further for better burgers.

This is a great burger joint. Shakes and fries are awesome and the best onions rings anywhere! This is a favorite Sat lunch spot and I always get the skinny fries. Fast, friendly and clean! Highly recommend!

This place was great. Fast, courteous, and clean. The burgers come in multiple sizes to fit all appetites. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The fat fries were cooked well, and the onion were light and flaky. If you are looking for a straight up tasty burger quicker than a standard sit down, then check this place out.

I’ve given this place a few tries but just can’t do it anymore… GREASE!!! If 5 Guys can do it right I think you guys can get a little better. I just can’t get past how much grease is in their burgers, no more tries for me.

I didn’t know how to get a burger with 2 patti’s… the Large far burger wasn’t 2patti worthy. it was enormous. The fact that I can have steak fries or normal fries is a refreshing option, for days when I’m just not sure what kind of fry I want. The feel of the place is a old school diner, complete with jute box. The burger is great, also the spicy chicken is great. Also, go ahead and get the shake too… you won’t be sorry.

Redmond Fatburger should just close. I’m sick and tired of their inability or unwillingness to give me what I order. I despise how they insist on putting extra chicken patties, in a fricking paper box no less, on TOP of other items like onion rings — resulting in the lake of grease and meat drippings soaking through the box and running into the onion rings(even if I order the rings as a second flaming order!!!) And where on earth did they take the version of the food handler’s test that said storing cheese in a metal tub in the drip tray of the grill was okay? How about having everyone be at least fluent in Engish, even if they learned it ESL? How about having them not give me the stink-eye for wanting changes to my order? The«standard» failures they share with everybody else? They usually have nasty, rusty produce. They don’t keep the chicken off the beef grill for some bizarre reason(they have two grills but make sure to always rub the chicken around on the beef side before finally removing it from the grill.) They don’t get the simplest things like ‘cold and hot separate’ or ‘your dripping wet meat patties sog the buns out almost *INSTANTLY*, even if I eat on-site — now imagine what those would be like for take-out? Now imagine my frustration with trying to find any technique or trick that would get these people to «give me the meat by itself so it isn’t part of a mass of bun-goo!». Because I wish well for everyone, the best outcome I can believe for this place is that they close and the staff get jobs where they can’t just sling whatever crap they wish and call it good.

Great tasting«customizable» burgers at reasonable prices, good portion of delicious skinny fries, and they even have a select offering of beer to round out the meal. It’s probably a good thing it’s further than it is from my house!

Really disappointed in the quality. Low grade meat, cold meat, cold/reheated fries, stale buns. Really wanted some Burgermaster, but traffic was bad and heard good things about FB. Food came out too fast, should have check the food. Was home 10 minutes later and it was awful. Threw half the meal out. We bought two large burgers, two kids meals and fries…$ 30. McDonalds would have been better. Avoid at all costs.

I was really disappointed in this place. I had heard good things, but it was not a good experience. I ordered my food to go. It seemed overpriced for what you get. Over $ 10 for a cheeseburger and fries with no drink? I got home and started eating. I could have made a better burger myself. It seems they use low quality meat. To top it off, as I was finishing my burger, I found what appeared to be the corner of a PLASTICBAG(salad bag) in my burger. YUCK!!!

The Fatburger in Issaquah is always my favorite and my son’s as well. So when we saw the Fatburger in Redmond, we decided to stop for lunch. The place is smaller, older and darker than the Issaquah store. Half of the seats do not have window so it’s kind of dark. They also don’t have the new fancy soda machine in Issaquah store. The staff is as friendly as the Issaquah store, though. They take order fast and accurate. I want to try something new, so I ordered the mushroom burger instead of usual BBQ burger. My wife got her favorite Philly burger and small fatburger for my kid. The food is great, juicy and tender, as other Fatburger stores. I bite into two tiny pieces if bones, which never happened before in Issaquah store. I wonder if they’re using patty from different providers. And for the mushroom burger, it’s delicious but I probably won’t order it again. With only mushroom, cheese and patty, it feels smaller comparing with the BBQ burger I usually order. The later one has lettuce, tomato, onion ring, patty and bacon and much more satisfying. Both cost $ 5.99 so the choice is obvious. For the bill, it’s $ 28 for three burgers, two order of fries and two big soda. Not bad. Pictures uploaded to Unilocal

Today was my first time eating at a Fatburger. It was awesome! You can tell the burgers are fresh not frozen. I ordered the small burger with cheese. You have to search for the small size on the menu but it’s there below the medium and large. It’s the perfect size. One reviewer said the prices were the same as Red Robin. I have to disagree, our meal was under $ 20 and we never make it out of Red Robin for less than that. Another reviewer commented that the fries had no seasoning. There is delicious seasoned salt on the table, use it! If you are looking for a good southern Cal type burger this is it! So tasty!

Just ask for a small burger. You will be left wanting more, but it will taste just right! And don’t forget, when in doubt, order the Fat Fries :)
